Description

なお、不燃性基材としては、石こうボード、繊維混入ケイ酸カルシウム板または亜鉛メッキ鋼板から選択して用いることができる。
実施例1においては、超臨界逆相蒸発法によりベシクル化された12−ヒドロキシステアリン酸マグネシウムを内包する分散剤リポソーム40重量部と、無機フィラーとしての平均粒子径2.0μmの炭酸カルシウムとを用い、原反層2の表面に位置する樹脂層2a,2cはポリエチレン樹脂に対して炭酸カルシウム11重量部を配合して厚さ15μmの樹脂シートとし、原反層2の内側に位置する樹脂層2bはポリオレフィン系樹脂に対して炭酸カルシウム200重量部を配合して厚さ45μmの樹脂シートとした原反シート2を具備する化粧シート1とした。
実施例2においては、超臨界逆相蒸発法によりベシクル化されたビニルトリエトキシシランを内包する分散剤リポソーム40重量部と、無機フィラーとしての平均粒子径2.0μmの炭酸カルシウムとを用い、原反層2の表面に位置する樹脂層2a,2cはポリエチレン樹脂に対して炭酸カルシウム11重量部を配合して厚さ15μmの樹脂シートとし、原反層2の内側に位置する樹脂層2bはポリオレフィン系樹脂に対して炭酸カルシウム200重量部を配合して厚さ45μmの樹脂シートとした原反シート2を具備する化粧シート1とした。
比較例1においては、ポリエチレン樹脂に対して、超臨界逆相蒸発法によりベシクル化された12−ヒドロキシステアリン酸マグネシウムを内包する分散剤リポソーム40重量部と、無機フィラーとしての平均粒子径2.0μmの炭酸カルシウム79重量部とを配合して厚さ75μmの原反シート2とした原反層2を具備する図3に示す化粧シート1とした。
比較例2においては、分散剤は配合せずに、無機フィラーとしての平均粒子径2.0μmの炭酸カルシウムを用い、原反層2の表面に位置する樹脂層2a,2cはポリエチレン樹脂に対して炭酸カルシウム11重量部を配合して厚さ15μmの樹脂シートとし、原反層2の内側に位置する樹脂層2bはポリオレフィン系樹脂に対して炭酸カルシウム200重量部を配合して厚さ45μmの樹脂シートとした原反シート2を具備する化粧シート1とした。
比較例3においては、分散剤および無機フィラーは配合せずに、ポリエチレン樹脂からなる厚さ75μmの樹脂シートの原反シート2を具備する図3に示す化粧シート1とした。

○:白化・亀裂などが生じることなくVカット加工が行えた、極めて良好に印刷が行えた
△:わずかに白化が認められたが化粧シートとして許容範囲内であった、良好に印刷が行えた
×:化粧シートとして許容できない白化・亀裂が認められた、印刷を良好に行うことができなかった

Claims (8)
- 少なくとも3層の樹脂層からなる原反層を備える化粧シートであって、
前記樹脂層が、ポリオレフィン系樹脂に対して超臨界逆相蒸発法によってベシクルに分散剤を内包させた分散剤内包ベシクルと、無機フィラーとを添加して熱可塑性樹脂組成物からなる層として形成されており、
前記樹脂層のうち前記原反層の表面に位置する樹脂層には、内側に位置する樹脂層よりも少ない配合量で前記無機フィラーが配合されているとともに、
前記ベシクルが、リン脂質およびノニオン系界面活性剤の混合物またはリン脂質およびノニオン系界面活性剤並びにコレステロール類およびトリアシルグリセロールの少なくとも一方との混合物からなる外膜を具備するリポソームであることを特徴とする化粧シート。 - 前記原反層の表面に位置する樹脂層は、ポリオレフィン系樹脂100重量部に対して、前記無機フィラーが50重量部未満配合された前記熱可塑性樹脂組成物からなり、
前記内側に位置する樹脂層のうち少なくとも1層は、ポリオレフィン系樹脂100重量部に対して、前記無機フィラーが50〜900重量部配合された前記熱可塑性樹脂組成物からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の化粧シート。 - 前記無機フィラーの平均粒子径が、0.3μm以上,5μm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の化粧シート。
- 前記分散剤が、高分子系の界面活性剤、脂肪酸金属、シランカップリング剤、チタネートカップリング剤、シリコーン、ワックスまたは変性樹脂のいずれか1つであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の化粧シート。
- 前記原反層が、一軸延伸加工または二軸延伸加工を施されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の化粧シート。
- 前記化粧シートが、不燃性基材と貼り合わせた状態でISO5660−1に準拠したコーンカロリーメータ試験機による発熱性試験において、建築基準法施工令第108条の2第1号および第2号に記載の要件を満たす不燃材料であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の化粧シート。
- 引張弾性率が、500MPa以上,2000MPa以下であり、引張破断伸度が、200%以上であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の化粧シート。
- 少なくとも3層の樹脂層からなる原反層を備える化粧シートの製造方法であって、
前記樹脂層を、ポリオレフィン系樹脂に対して超臨界逆相蒸発法によってベシクルに分散剤を内包させた分散剤内包ベシクルと、無機フィラーとを添加して熱可塑性樹脂組成物からなる層として形成し、
前記樹脂層のうち前記原反層の表面に位置する樹脂層には、内側に位置する樹脂層よりも少ない配合量で前記無機フィラーが配合されているとともに、
前記ベシクルが、リン脂質およびノニオン系界面活性剤の混合物またはリン脂質およびノニオン系界面活性剤並びにコレステロール類およびトリアシルグリセロールの少なくとも一方との混合物からなる外膜を具備するリポソームであることを特徴とする化粧シートの製造方法。
