3.防炎上有害な裏面まで貫通する亀裂および穴が生じない
なお、不燃性基材としては、石こうボード、繊維混入ケイ酸カルシウム板または亜鉛メッキ鋼板から選択して用いることができる。
以下に、本発明の熱可塑性樹脂組成物の詳しい作成方法について説明する。
実施例1は、ポリエチレン樹脂に対して、超臨界逆相蒸発法によりベシクル化処理を施した水酸化マグネシウム30重量部を配合したフィルムを原反層2とした透明樹脂層4を具備しない化粧シートとした。
実施例2は、ポリエチレン樹脂に対して、超臨界逆相蒸発法によりベシクル化処理を施した水酸化マグネシウム30重量部を配合したフィルムを原反層2とした透明樹脂層4を具備する化粧シートとした。
比較例1においては、ポリエチレン樹脂に対して、ベシクル化処理を施していない水酸化マグネシウム30重量部を配合したフィルムを原反層2とした透明樹脂層4を具備する化粧シート1とした。なお、透明樹脂層4は実施例2と同じものを用いる。
比較例2においては、ポリエチレン樹脂に対して、ベシクル化処理を施していない水酸化マグネシウム60wt%を配合したフィルムを原反層2とした透明樹脂層4を具備する化粧シート1とした。なお、透明樹脂層4は実施例2と同じものを用いる。
比較例3においては、固相法にてナノ化処理を施した水酸化マグネシウムを添加した化粧シートとした。具体的な作成方法を以下に説明する。なお、透明樹脂層4は実施例2と同じものを用いる。

Claims (8)
- 複数の樹脂層からなる化粧シートであって、
前記樹脂層のうち少なくとも1層が、超臨界逆相蒸発法によってベシクルに難燃化剤を内包させた難燃化剤内包ベシクルをポリオレフィン系樹脂に対して添加して熱可塑性樹脂組成物からなる層として形成されるとともに、
前記化粧シートの裏面側に配置されている不透明な隠蔽層は、フレーク状の金属を含有する
ことを特徴とする化粧シート。 - 複数の樹脂層からなる化粧シートであって、
前記樹脂層のうち少なくとも1層が、超臨界逆相蒸発法によってベシクルに難燃化剤を内包させた難燃化剤内包ベシクルをポリオレフィン系樹脂に対して添加して熱可塑性樹脂組成物からなる層として形成されるとともに、
前記ベシクルが、リン脂質およびノニオン系界面活性剤の混合物またはリン脂質およびノニオン系界面活性剤並びにコレステロール類およびトリアシルグリセロールの少なくとも一方との混合物からなる外膜を具備するリポソームであることを特徴とする化粧シート。 - 前記難燃化剤が、少なくとも無機系難燃化剤を含み、
前記無機系難燃化剤が、金属水酸化物であることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の化粧シート。 - 前記熱可塑性樹脂組成物からなる層が、引張弾性率が500MPa以上2000MPa以下であり、かつ、引張破断伸度が200%以上であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の化粧シート。
- 前記熱可塑性樹脂組成物からなる層が、一軸延伸加工または二軸延伸加工されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の化粧シート。
- 前記化粧シートが、不燃性基材と貼り合わせた状態でISO5660−1に準拠したコーンカロリーメータ試験機による発熱性試験において、建築基法施行令第108条の2第1号および第2号に記載の要件を満たす不燃材料であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の化粧シート。
- 複数の樹脂層からなる化粧シートの製造方法であって、
前記樹脂層のうち少なくとも1層を、超臨界逆相蒸発法によってベシクルに難燃化剤を内包させた難燃化剤内包ベシクルをポリオレフィン系樹脂に対して添加して熱可塑性樹脂組成物からなる層として形成されるとともに、前記化粧シートの裏面側に配置されている不透明な隠蔽層を、樹脂中にフレーク状の金属を添加して形成されていることを特徴とする化粧シートの製造方法。 - 複数の樹脂層からなる化粧シートの製造方法であって、
前記樹脂層のうち少なくとも1層を、熱可塑性樹脂組成物からなる層として形成し、前記熱可塑性樹脂組成物からなる層を、超臨界逆相蒸発法によってベシクルに難燃化剤を内包させた難燃化剤内包ベシクルをポリオレフィン系樹脂に対して添加して形成するとともに、前記ベシクルが、リン脂質およびノニオン系界面活性剤の混合物またはリン脂質およびノニオン系界面活性剤並びにコレステロール類およびトリアシルグリセロールの少なくとも一方との混合物からなる外膜を具備するリポソームであることを特徴とする化粧シートの製造方法。
