Claims (8)
- ケースと、
前記ケース内に配されており、対向する一対の辺を有する正極と、対向する一対の辺を有し前記正極と対向する負極と、前記正極と前記負極との間に配されたセパレータとを有する電極積層体と、
前記セパレータに含浸された電解質と、
を備え、
前記セパレータは、
平面視において、前記正極及び前記負極のそれぞれの対向する一対の辺のうち一方側の辺よりも外側に位置している第1の端部と、
平面視において、前記正極及び前記負極のそれぞれの対向する一対の辺のうち他方側の辺よりも外側に位置している第2の端部と、
を含み、
前記第1の端部の少なくとも先端部と、前記第2の端部の少なくとも先端部とが、それぞれ、積層方向の一方側に向かって屈曲し、
前記セパレータの前記第1の端部と前記第2の端部とが前記電極積層体の第1の主面上に位置している部分が、前記電極積層体の他の部分よりも積層方向において突出し、
前記電極積層体の第1の主面上の他の部分に、前記ケースとを接着している接着層を備える、蓄電デバイス。 - 前記第1の端部の少なくとも先端部と、前記第2の端部の少なくとも先端部とが、それぞれ、積層方向の一方側に向かって屈曲した状態となるように、前記第1の端部の少なくとも先端部と、前記第2の端部の少なくとも先端部とを保持しているテープをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の蓄電デバイス。
- 前記テープは、
前記電極積層体の前記一方側の辺に沿う一方側側面を経由して、前記電極積層体の第1の主面と第2の主面とに跨がって設けられており、前記第1の端部の少なくとも先端部が積層方向の一方側に向かって屈曲した状態となるように、前記第1の端部の少なくとも先端部を保持している第1のテープと、
前記電極積層体の前記他方側の辺に沿う他方側側面を経由して、前記電極積層体の前記第1の主面と前記第2の主面とに跨がって設けられており、前記第2の端部の少なくとも先端部が積層方向の一方側に向かって屈曲した状態となるように、前記第2の端部の少なくとも先端部を保持している第2のテープと、
を含む、請求項2に記載の蓄電デバイス。 - 前記第1のテープと前記第2のテープとが、前記電極積層体の前記第2の主面上において接続されている、請求項3に記載の蓄電デバイス。
- 前記テープは、前記電極積層体を巻回している、請求項2に記載の蓄電デバイス。
- 前記電極積層体は、前記正極と前記負極とがセパレータを介して複数回積層された積層体により構成されており、
積層方向において隣り合う前記第1の端部同士が接触しており、隣り合う前記第2の端部同士が接触している、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の蓄電デバイス。 - 前記第1の端部の少なくとも先端部が積層方向の一方側に向かって屈曲した状態となるように、積層方向において隣り合う前記第1の端部同士が接合されており、
前記第2の端部の少なくとも先端部が積層方向の一方側に向かって屈曲した状態となるように、積層方向において隣り合う前記第2の端部同士が接合されている、請求項6に記載の蓄電デバイス。 - 前記テープが両面粘接着テープにより構成されており、
前記テープが前記電極積層体と前記ケースとの両方に粘接着している、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の蓄電デバイス。
