Description
a)前記アスベスト含有鋼屑を、溶融鋼を含む溶融物中に前記鋼の屑を沈めることによって、前記鋼の固相温度を上回る温度にするステップと、
b)前記鋼屑を溶融し、前記溶融鋼と混合させつつ、スラグの形成を許容するステップであって、前記アスベストが、前記鋼に溶解および/または前記スラグ中に蓄積する非晶質材料へ変換するステップと、
c)前記溶融鋼を冷却して、アスベストを実質的に含まない均質な鋼屑生成物を形成するステップと、
d)均質な鋼屑生成物を分析して、鋼溶融物の組成をさらに変更するために前記生成物を製鋼所で使用できるように分析証明書を作成するステップと、を含み、
前記ステップa)およびb)は、繊維の放出を実質的に防止するため、実質的にガスが満たされた雰囲気で外気から遮断された空間で実施される。

・空気圧を外部建物の空気圧未満に維持でき、一般的に低圧力が大気圧より0.05〜0.1気圧低いEAFに適した換気システム
・屑容器を搬送するデバイス、一般的にはクレーン
・汚染屑を容器から受け取り、汚染屑を液鋼浴まで低圧力で円滑に搬送し、炉への搬送の間に汚染屑を場合によって予熱できるコンベヤベルト
・冷却水システム
・出湯システム
・酸素およびチョーク粉末供給設備
・インゴットの金型(一般的にインゴットの重量が0.5トンおよび1トン)
・合金化元素の質量分率が特定の臨界値未満のままである非合金鋼種。
・少なくとも10.5%のクロムを含有する耐食鋼の群に対する総称であるステンレス鋼。ステンレス鋼のタイプは、フェライト系、マルテンサイト系、オーステナイト系、およびデュプレックス系に分割でき、各分類は独自の臨界規格を含む。ニッケル、モリブデン、チタン、ニオブ、およびその他の元素の様々な添加量が存在してもよい。
・上記の定義外にある鋼種を示す他の合金鋼種。合金品質の鋼は、要求が厳しい製品の態様に関連する特定の要件を満たす必要がある鋼種を含む。
Claims (7)
- 鋼とアスベストとの組み合わせを含み、破砕性アスベストで汚染されたアスベスト含有鋼屑を再生処理するプロセスであって、
a)前記アスベスト含有鋼屑を、溶融鋼を含む溶融物中に前記鋼の屑を完全に沈めることによって、前記鋼の固相温度を上回る温度にするステップと、
b)前記鋼の屑を溶融し、前記溶融鋼と混合させつつ、スラグの形成を許容するステップであって、前記アスベストが、前記鋼に溶解しおよび/または前記スラグ中に蓄積する非晶質材料へ変換するステップと、
c)前記溶融鋼を冷却して、アスベストを実質的に含まない均質な鋼屑生成物を形成するステップと、
d)前記均質な鋼屑生成物を分析して、鋼溶融物の組成をさらに変更するために前記生成物を製鋼所で使用できるように分析証明書を作成するステップと、を含み、
前記ステップa)およびb)は、空間を準大気圧下に維持し、実質的にガスが満たされた雰囲気で外気から遮断された前記空間で実施される、プロセス。 - 前記スラグが除去され、マグネシウム、シリカ、またはそれぞれを供給源として使用するステップを含む、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記アスベストを含まない均質な鋼屑生成物を鋼溶融物中で使用して、前記鋼溶融物を所定の化学組成に変更するステップが後に続く、請求項2に記載のプロセス。
- 前記アスベスト含有鋼屑は、車両、建物、機器、または機械類の一部である、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 清浄な空気流を1つ以上の空気入口を通して前記空間に供給してアスベスト粒子を含有できる空気流とし、アスベスト粒子を含有できる前記空気流にて、アスベスト粒子を除去して清浄な空気流を生成し、次いで前記清浄な空気流を少なくとも1つの空気入口を通して外気中へ換気する粒子除去ステップを含む、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記粒子除去ステップは、高性能微粒子除去(HEPA)フィルタ、排ガス燃焼ステップ、またはそれぞれを連続して含む、請求項5に記載のプロセス。
- アスベスト粒子を含有できる前記空気流を1200〜1350℃の温度まで加熱し、次いで350〜450℃まで冷却する排ガス燃焼ステップを含む、請求項6に記載のプロセス。
