Abstract

PROCESSO E APARELHO PARA A RECICLAGEM DE SUCATA DE AÇO CONTENDO ASBESTOS. A presente invenção se refere a um método para o processamento da sucata de aço contendo asbestos em produtos úteis, cujos produtos podem ser manipulados de uma maneira segura. De acordo com a presente invenção, a sucata de aço contendo asbestos é fundida em um forno, que resulta na destruição das fibras de asbestos. Verificou-se ser possível realizar tal processo de uma maneira economicamente viável. De acordo com a invenção, o aço contendo asbestos é aquecido até alta temperatura de modo que os fundidos de aço. Como um resultado, os asbestos serão convertidos em material inofensivo, que permite a manipulação e o processamento seguros dos produtos resultantes.
