Claims (4)
- ハブ輪の端部を外径方向に塑性変形させて形成したかしめ部によりハブ輪に固定される内輪を備えた車輪用軸受装置の製造方法において、
前記内輪は研削加工にて形成される軌道溝を備え、内輪の大端面に、軸心廻りに回転駆動するバッキングプレートが押し付けられて、そのバッキングプレートの回転により内輪を回転させながら、研削加工を行うものであって、バッキングプレートの内輪の大端面に対する押し付け位置を、内輪の大端面の外径側の面取部から0.5mm以上径方向内方に離間し、バッキングプレートの内輪の大端面に対する押し付け位置を、内輪の大端面の内径側の面取部から0.5mm以上径方向外方に離間した位置とすることを特徴とする車輪用軸受装置の製造方法。 - バッキングプレートは押し付け用リング部を有し、このリング部の円形状端面にて、内輪の大端面を押し付けることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車輪用軸受装置の製造方法。
- バッキングプレートの内輪の大端面に対する押し付け位置を、内輪の大端面の外径側の面取部から1.0mm以上径方向内方に離間させていることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の車輪用軸受装置の製造方法。
- バッキングプレートの内輪の大端面に対する押し付け位置を、内輪の大端面の内径側の面取部から1.0mm以上径方向外方に離間させていることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の車輪用軸受装置の製造方法。
