前記加熱器を制御するコントローラとを備え、
前記コントローラは、前記タイバーの前記加熱部の温度を、前記加熱器による非加熱時の前記加熱部の定常温度よりも高い設定温度に制御し、前記加熱部の温度を前記設定温度に制御した状態の複数本の前記タイバーの軸力のバランスに基づいて、前記バランスが許容範囲内に収まるように前記加熱部の温度を制御し、
前記熱移動制限器は、前記加熱器を挟んで、前記タイバーの軸方向両側に配置される、射出成形機が提供される。

Claims (2)
- 型締力に応じて伸びる複数本のタイバーと、
前記タイバーを加熱する加熱器と、
前記加熱器によって加熱される前記タイバーの加熱部からの熱の移動を制限する熱移動制限器と、
前記加熱器を制御するコントローラとを備え、
前記コントローラは、前記タイバーの前記加熱部の温度を、前記加熱器による非加熱時の前記加熱部の定常温度よりも高い設定温度に制御し、前記加熱部の温度を前記設定温度に制御した状態の複数本の前記タイバーの軸力のバランスに基づいて、前記バランスが許容範囲内に収まるように前記加熱部の温度を制御し、
前記熱移動制限器は、前記加熱器を挟んで、前記タイバーの軸方向両側に配置される、射出成形機。 - 前記バランスの調整に用いられる前記加熱部の温度の調整範囲は、前記加熱部の前記定常温度よりも高い温度範囲である、請求項1に記載の射出成形機。
