Description
示差走査熱量計(DSC)によって決定される。6±1mgを秤量したサンプルを20℃/分の速度で200±1℃まで加熱し、窒素ストリーム中で2分間200±1℃で維持した後、20℃/分の速度で40±2℃まで冷却し、これによって、2分間サンプルを結晶化させるためにこの温度で維持する。次に、サンプルを20℃/分の昇温速度で最大200℃±1℃で再び融解する。溶融スキャンを記録し、サーモグラムを得て(℃ vs. mW)、これからピークに対応する温度を読み取る。第2融解の間に記録された最も強い溶融ピークに対応する温度が溶融温度で取られる。
ASTM D1238に従って2.16kgの荷重で230℃で測定する。
2.5gの重合体と250mlのキシレンを冷凍装置とマグネチックスターラーを備えたガラスフラスコに導入する。温度は30分後で溶媒の沸点まで上昇する。次いで、このように得られた透明な溶液を還流下に維持させ、さらに30分間撹拌する。次いで、密閉されたフラスコを氷と水のバスに30分間維持させ、恒温水槽において同様に25℃で30分間維持させる。このように形成された固体を迅速な濾過紙で濾過する。予め秤量したアルミニウム容器に100mlの濾過された液体を注いだ後、窒素気流下に加熱板で上記容器を加熱し蒸発させて溶媒を除去する。次いで、上記容器を一定重量に得られるまで真空下で80℃でオーブンに維持させる。次いで、室温でキシレンに溶解可能な重合体の重量百分率を計算する。
135℃でテトラヒドロナフタレンの中で決定する。
13C NMRスペクトルを、120℃で、フーリエ変換モードで、150.91MHzで作動するAV−600分光計上で取得する。プロピレンCHのピークは、28.83で内部基準として使用した。13C NMRスペクトルを、以下のパラメータを使用して取得する:
冷凍フローブを備えたBruker AV−600スペクトロメーターを120℃でフーリエ変換モードで160.91MHzで作動させ、13C NMRスペクトルを得た。
フィルム試片の製造
単一スクリューコリン押出機(スクリューの長さ/直径比1:25)で7m/分のフィルム引き上げ速度および210〜250℃の溶融温度で各々の試験組成物を押し出すことにより、厚さが50μmである一部のフィルムを製造する。各々の結果的なフィルムは、97重量%のキシレン不溶性画分および2g/10分のMFR Lを有するプロピレン同種重合体の1000μm厚さのフィルム上に重ね合わせる。重ね合わされたフィルムは、5分間維持される9000kg荷重の下に200℃で、Carverプレスで互いに結合させる。結果的なラミネートを150℃でTOM Longフィルム延伸機を使用して長手方向および横方向、すなわち2軸方向に6倍延伸して、20μm厚さのフィルム(18μm同種重合体+2μm試験)を得る。2×5cmの試片をフィルムから切り取る。
各々の試験に対して、上記試片のうちの2つを整列して重ね合わせ、隣接した層は、特定の試験組成物の層である。重ね合わせた試片を、Brugger Feinmechanik Sealer社のHSG−ETK745モデルで2cm側面のうちの1つに沿って密封する。密封時間は、0.1N/mm2の圧力で5秒である。シール温度は、試験組成物の溶融温度よりも約10℃低い温度から開始して、各密封について2℃増加する。密封されたサンプルは冷却した状態に維持し、次に、密封されていない端部はインストロン機械に取り付けられて50mm/分の牽引速度で試験する。
SIT測定に対して上述したように製造された50μmフィルム試片を使用した。ヘイズメータータイプUX−10に接続されたガードナー測光ユニット、またはフィルター“C”を備えたG.E.1209光源を有する同等な器具を使用してヘイズ値を測定する。器具を較正するために公知されたヘイズの参照サンプルを使用する。
共重合体を、以下のように製造する。
これを重合反応器に導入する前に、上述した固体触媒成分をアルミニウムトリエチル(TEAL)およびテキシルトリメトキシシラン(2,3−ジメチル2−トリメトキシシリル−ブタン)と15℃で約6分間接触させ、TEAL/テキシルトリメトキシシランの重量比は、約7と同一し、TEAL/固体触媒成分の重量比は約6と同一な量である。
気体状態で予備重合された触媒システム、水素(分子量調節剤として使用される)、プロピレンおよび1−ヘキセンを連続的且つ一定の流れで供給することによって2つの気相重合反応器で重合を行う。
Lyondellbasellによって市販される2つの商業用プロピレンエチレン共重合体を使用して組成物を製造した。プロピレン共重合体の特徴は表3に報告されている。
成分a)は多様な量の成分b1)およびb2)とブレンディングした。得られた組成物の特徴は表4に報告されている。
実施例1、3および4の重合体はA層が実施例の重合体であり、B層がLyondellbasellによって市販されるプロピレン同種重合体MOPLEN HP515MであるA/B/A多層フィルムを製造するのに使用された。フィルムは50ミクロンの厚さであり、層Aが全体厚さの20%であり、層Bが全体厚さの60%であり、処理パラメータは表5に報告されている。
Claims (4)
- a)3.5〜12.0g/10分の溶融流量(MFR、 ASTM D 1238、230℃/2.16kgに従い、すなわち2.16kgの荷重で230℃で測定する)を有する5.5重量%〜9.0重量%の1−ヘキセン誘導単位を含有する40重量%〜80重量%のプロピレン1−ヘキセン共重合体;
b)3.5〜12.0g/10分の溶融流量(MFR、 ASTM D 1238、230℃/2.16kgに従い、すなわち2.16kgの荷重で230℃で測定する)を有する1.5重量%〜6.5重量%のエチレン誘導単位を含有する20重量%〜60重量%のプロピレンエチレン共重合体を含み、
a)とb)の量の合計が100であるプロピレン重合体組成物。 - 成分a)でDSCで測定したより高い溶融温度が141.0℃〜151.0℃の範囲である、請求項1に記載のプロピレン重合体組成物。
- 成分a)で2つのピークの溶融温度の差が5℃〜20℃の範囲である、請求項1に記載のプロピレン重合体組成物。
- プロピレン重合体組成物を含む、請求項1に記載のフィルム。
