Description
細胞凝集塊は、例えば、がんの薬効を調査する場合に、がん細胞のモデルとして用いられている。がん細胞は、進行度合いによって細胞の大きさが異なる。また、がん細胞の大きさが異なれば、効果のある薬も異なる。例えば、初期がんや小さながん組織に対して効果のある薬は、進行がんや大きながん組織に対しての効果が小さい場合がある。このため、細胞凝集塊を用いた薬効調査において、異なる寸法の細胞凝集塊を用いて薬効調査を行うと、薬効データにばらつきが生じる。したがって、薬効データのばらつきを抑えるため、均一な寸法の細胞凝集塊を得ることが求められている。
本発明の一の実施の形態にかかる細胞濾過フィルタ10の部分拡大平面図を図1に示す。また、図1の細胞濾過フィルタ10におけるA−A線断面図を図2に示す。

Claims (6)
- 細胞を濾過する細胞濾過フィルタであって、
前記細胞が捕捉される第1主面と、前記第1主面に対向する第2主面とを有するとともに、複数の第1貫通孔を画定する複数の孔縁部と、前記孔縁部の周囲に配置されてそれぞれの前記孔縁部を支持する支持領域と、を有する金属製の膜部を備え、
前記膜部の前記支持領域において、前記第1貫通孔よりも小さな開口を有する複数の第2貫通孔が前記それぞれの孔縁部を囲むように配置され、
前記膜部の第1主面において、前記支持領域に対して前記それぞれの孔縁部は隆起している、細胞濾過フィルタ。 - 前記膜部の前記第2主面はフラットである、請求項1に記載の細胞濾過フィルタ。
- 前記第2貫通孔は多角形状の孔である、請求項1または2に記載の細胞濾過フィルタ。
- 前記第2貫通孔は、前記支持領域において格子状に配置されている、請求項1から3のいずれか1つに記載の細胞濾過フィルタ。
- 前記第1貫通孔は、円形状の孔である、請求項1から4のいずれか1つに記載の細胞濾過フィルタ。
- 前記第2貫通孔の長径は、前記第1貫通孔の長径より小さく、隣接する前記第2貫通孔同士の間隔は、隣接する前記第1貫通孔同士の間隔より小さい、請求項1から5のいずれか1つに記載の細胞濾過フィルタ。
