Abstract
Description
(フィルタの全体構成)
図1は、本発明に係る実施の形態1の細胞濾過フィルタ1(以降、フィルタ1とする。)の概略図を示す。図2は、フィルタ1の部分拡大図を示す。また、フィルタ1の周縁付近の部分拡大平面図を図3に示す。図2中のX、Y方向は、それぞれフィルタ1の表面沿いの方向であって互いに直交する方向であり、Z方向は、フィルタ1の厚み方向であり、X方向およびY方向に直交する方向である。
次に、本実施の形態1のフィルタ1の製造方法の一例について説明する。フィルタ1の製造方法のフローチャートを図5に示し、フィルタ1の製造方法におけるそれぞれの製造過程の断面図を図6(A)〜図6(F)に示す。
(実施例)
本実施例では、図5のステップS21からS26のステップを実施することによりフィルタ1を作製した。

Claims (3)
- 細胞を濾過する細胞濾過フィルタであって、
互いに対向する第1主面と第2主面とを貫通する複数の貫通孔を有する金属性多孔膜を備え、
前記金属製多孔膜は、前記複数の貫通孔が配置された濾過部と、前記濾過部の外周を囲むように配置された枠部と、を有し、
前記濾過部内において、前記濾過部の中心から前記枠部に向かって、前記金属製多孔膜の膜厚が連続的または段階的に増加している、細胞濾過フィルタ。 - 前記金属製多孔膜の前記第2主面が平坦面であり、前記第1主面における前記濾過部に相当する面が、前記濾過部の中心側が低くかつ前記枠部側が高くなるような凹面である、請求項1に記載の細胞濾過フィルタ。
- 前記金属製多孔膜の第2主面沿いの方向において、前記枠部の幅は、前記濾過部における隣接する前記貫通孔間の距離よりも大きい、請求項1または2に記載の細胞濾過フィルタ。
