図5は第3実施形態の発光装置を示す図である。なお、図5において図16と同一の部分には同一の符号を付し詳細な説明を省略する。
図6は第4実施形態の発光装置を示す図である。なお、図6において図5と同一の部分には同一の符号を付し詳細な説明を省略する。
図7は第5実施形態の発光装置を示す図である。なお、図7において図5と同一の部分には同一の符号を付し詳細な説明を省略する。
図9は第6実施形態の発光装置を示す図である。なお、図9において図7と同一の部分には同一の符号を付し詳細な説明を省略する。
上記した各実施形態の発光装置は、例えば、図11及び図12で示す通り、車両X10のヘッドライト(ハイビーム/ロービーム/スモールランプ/フォグランプなどを適宜含 む)X11、白昼夜走行(DRL)用光源X12、テールランプ(スモールランプやバックランプなどを適宜含む)X13、ストップランプX14、及び、ターンランプX15などとして好適に用いることができる。
なお、上記の実施形態では、発光素子として発光ダイオードを用いた構成を例に挙げて説明を行ったが、本発明の構成はこれに限定されるものではなく、例えば、発光素子として有機EL[electro-luminescence]素子を用いることも可能である。

Claims (8)
- 制御部からのPWM調光信号に基づいて、入力電圧から出力電圧を生成し、前記出力電圧を少なくとも1つの発光素子に供給するための発光素子駆動回路であって、
前記入力電圧の印加端と接地端との間に設けられる第1トランジスタと、
前記第1トランジスタの第1駆動制御信号を生成する第1ドライバと、
前記第1ドライバを駆動するドライバ制御部と、
を備え、
前記ドライバ制御部は、
前記制御部の異常を示す信号が入力されない場合に前記PWM調光信号を選択して出力し前記制御部の異常を示す信号が入力された場合に定電圧を選択して出力する選択部を備え、
前記選択部が前記PWM調光信号のハイレベル又は前記定電圧を出力しているときには前記少なくとも一つの発光素子を流れる電流に応じた帰還電圧に応じて前記第1ドライバを駆動し、
前記選択部が前記PWM調光信号のローレベルを出力しているときには前記出力電圧の生成動作を停止するように前記第1ドライバを駆動する、発光素子駆動回路。 - 前記帰還電圧を生成するアンプをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の発光素子駆動回路。
- 前記第1トランジスタと前記接地端との間に設けられる第2トランジスタと、
前記第2トランジスタの第2駆動制御信号を生成する第2ドライバと、をさらに備える、請求項1または請求項2に記載の発光素子駆動回路。 - 請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の発光素子駆動回路と、
前記発光素子駆動回路によって駆動される少なくとも一つの発光素子と、を備える、発光装置。 - 前記発光素子駆動回路に前記PWM調光信号を供給する制御部をさらに備える、請求項4に記載の発光装置。
- 前記制御部を監視し、前記制御部の異常を検出した場合に前記制御部の異常を示す信号を前記発光素子駆動回路に送信する監視部をさらに備える、請求項4または請求項5に記載の発光装置。
- 車載ランプとして用いられる、請求項4〜6のいずれか一項に記載の発光装置。
- 請求項7に記載の発光装置を備える、車両。
