Description
本構成によれば、係合部材と端子の係合を解除するために可動部材を移動させる方向と、係合部材と端子の係合を解除する際に係合部材が端子から移動する方向とが異なるため、係合部材それ自体を端子から移動させるのではなく、可動部材の操作を通じて係合部材と端子の係合を解除することができ、この結果、端子着脱装置を様々な使用状況に柔軟に対応させることが可能となる。
本発明の端子着脱装置において、上記可動部材は、上記第二の方向への移動過程において上記係合部材と協働して、上記係合部材を上記第一の方向に移動させるものであってもよい。
この構成によれば、係合部材それ自体ではなく、可動部材の操作を通じて係合部材を操作することができるため、端子着脱装置を様々な使用状況に柔軟に対応させることが更に容易となる。
第一の方向と第二の方向を正反対とすることにより、構造を簡易化することができる。
この構成によれば、可動部材と係合部材の設置空間を小さくすることができる。
この構成によれば、可動部材が係合部材に対して移動したときに、第一の傾斜手段と第一の係合手段との係合を通じて係合部材を可動部材に対して所定の方向に回転させることができる。
この構成によれば、可動部材を係合部材に対して第一の方向に移動させて係合部材を可動部材に対して第三の方向に回転させたときたときは、第二の傾斜手段と第二の係合手段の係合を通じて係合部材を可動部材に対して第二の方向に移動させ、また、可動部材を係合部材に対して第二の方向に移動させて係合部材を可動部材に対して第四の方向に回転させたときは、第二の傾斜手段と第二の係合手段の係合を通じて係合部材を可動部材に対して第一の方向に移動させることができ、この結果、可動部材の操作を通じて、係合部材を端子と係合させ、或いは、係合部材と端子の係合を解除することができる。
係合部材の挙動を視認可能とすることにより、係合部材と端子の係合状態を容易に把握することができる。
更に、上記係合部材の少なくとも一部は、上記可動部材に収容され、上記可動部材に、該可動部材に収容された上記係合部材の少なくとも一部の挙動を視認させる窓が設けられていてもよい。
この構成によれば、可動部材の窓を通じて係合部材の挙動を視認することができ、係合部材と端子の係合状態を容易に把握することができるため、例えば、半嵌合を効果的に防止することができる。
端子の挿入方向と可動部材の移動方向とを直交させることにより、装置構成を簡易にすることができる。
押部材40は、全体として左右対称の略釣鐘形状を有する。その内部に係合部材70のための収容空間61を有し、係合部材70の少なくとも一部を収容させることができる。係合部材70の運動を規制するため、収容空間61には天井部の内壁から下方に向かって軸60が設けられている。係合部材70は、この軸60に沿って「β」方向に上下動するとともに、更に、この軸60を中心に「γ」方向に回転運動し得る。これに対し、押部材40は、軸60に沿って「β」方向に上下動し得るだけである。
例えば、本実施形態では、係合部材70を「β」方向に移動させる際、必ず係合部材70の回転運動を伴うものとなっているが、シーソー運動を行う棒の両端にそれぞれ係合部材70と押部材40を設け、このシーソー運動を利用して回転運動を伴わずに係合部材70を「β」方向に移動させてもよい。また、回転運動を伴う構成であっても、例えば、押部材40と係合部材70を相隣り合う位置に配置し、両者の外壁に設けた螺旋状の窪みを噛み合わせることによって、係合部材70を「β」方向に移動させる構成としてもよい。

Claims (10)
- ハウジングと、
該ハウジングに挿入された端子に向かって第一の方向に移動して上記端子と係合し、且つ、該ハウジングに挿入された上記端子から上記第一の方向と正反対である第二の方向に直線状に移動して上記端子との係合が解除される、係合部材と、
上記第一の方向への移動過程にて上記係合部材と協働し、上記ハウジングに挿入された上記端子から上記係合部材を上記第二の方向に移動させて上記係合部材と上記端子の係合を解除する、上記第一の方向又は上記第二の方向に直線状に移動し得る可動部材と、
を備えることを特徴とする端子着脱装置。 - 上記可動部材は、上記第二の方向への移動過程において上記係合部材と協働して、上記係合部材を上記第一の方向に移動させる、請求項1に記載の端子着脱装置。
- 上記可動部材と上記係合部材は、それらの移動方向において互いに整列されている、請求項1又は2に記載の端子着脱装置。
- 上記可動部材又は上記係合部材のいずれか一方に、上記可動部材の移動方向に対して鋭角方向に傾斜した第一の傾斜手段が、これに対応して、上記いずれか他方に、上記可動部材の移動の過程において上記第一の傾斜手段と係合し得る第一の係合手段が、それぞれ設けられている、請求項3に記載の端子着脱装置。
- 上記ハウジング又は上記係合部材のいずれか一方に、上記可動部材の移動方向に対して鋭角方向に傾斜した第二の傾斜手段が、これに対応して、上記いずれか他方に、上記可動部材の移動の過程において上記第二の傾斜手段と係合し得る第二の係合手段が、それぞれ設けられている、請求項4に記載の端子着脱装置。
- 上記係合部材の挙動は視認可能である、請求項4又は5に記載の端子着脱装置。
- 上記係合部材の少なくとも一部は、上記可動部材に収容され、上記可動部材に、該可動部材に収容された上記係合部材の少なくとも一部の挙動を視認させる窓が設けられている、請求項6に記載の端子着脱装置。
- 上記端子は、上記可動部材の移動方向に対して直交する方向に沿って上記ハウジングに挿入される、請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の端子着脱装置。
- 上記端子着脱装置の内部に導通機構を設け、上記端子着脱装置に取り付けた少なくとも2つの端子を上記導通機構を通じて電気的に中継する端子中継機能を有する、請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載の端子着脱装置。
- 上記係合部材を上記第一の方向に付勢する付勢手段を有する、請求項1乃至9のいずれかに記載の端子着脱装置。
