Abstract

La présente invention concerne une borne de raccordement B d'un conducteur électrique à une plage de raccordement appartenant à un appareil électrique, une telle borne B comportant une cage C apte à être fixée à l'intérieur du boîtier de l'appareil et comportant un orifice (8) de forme sensiblement parallélépipèdique délimité par quatre parois (4,5,6,7), cet orifice (8) étant apte à recevoir la plage précitée, l'une (4) des parois précités de la cage, dite paroi supérieure, comportant un orifice apte à permettre le passage d'une vis (10), ladite vis comportant à l'une (10a) de ses extrémités (1 0a,1 0c) située à l'extérieur de la cage C, des moyens d'actionnement (1 0b) de ladite vis (10), et à son extrémité opposée (10c), un patin de serrage (11) apte à permettre le serrage du conducteur entre la plage précitée et ledit patin (11) lors de l'actionnement de la vis (10) entraînant le déplacement en translation relatif entre la vis (10) et la cage C. Cette borne B est caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte un étage intermédiaire créé à l'intérieur de la cage C de manière à permettre le logement d'un écrou (22) à branches élastiques (25,26) comportant un orifice taraudé à travers lequel la vis de serrage (10) est destinée à être montée vissée, lesdites branches élastiques (25,26) coopérant avec des formes prévues sur les parois latérales (6,7) de la cage C de manière que l'écrou (22) débraye en rotation au vissage dès l'atteinte du bon couple de serrage, et embraye du début à la fin du dévissage.
