Description
ヘッド本体と、
前記ヘッド本体に設けられ、部品を吸着可能なノズルと、
前記ヘッド本体及び前記ノズルの少なくとも一方に動力を伝えて動かす駆動源と、
前記駆動源を覆うカバーと、
前記カバーと前記駆動源又は該駆動源のフレームとの間を連結し、前記駆動源から発生した熱を前記カバーへ逃がす伝熱部材と、
を備えたものである。
Claims (4)
- ヘッド本体と、
前記ヘッド本体に設けられ、部品を吸着可能なノズルと、
前記ヘッド本体及び前記ノズルの少なくとも一方に動力を伝えて動かす駆動源と、
前記駆動源を覆うカバーであって、前記駆動源のコイルを内蔵する部分の側方を覆うように設けられたカバーと、
前記カバーと前記駆動源又は該駆動源のフレームとの間を連結し、前記駆動源から発生した熱を前記カバーへ逃がす伝熱部材と、
を備えた部品実装装置用ヘッドユニットであって、
前記カバーに覆われた箇所に、前記ノズルに吸着された部品を撮影するカメラを備え、
前記ヘッド本体、前記駆動源及び前記カメラは、前記ヘッド本体、前記駆動源、前記カメラの順に前後方向に並ぶように設けられ、
前記伝熱部材は、前記カバーのうち前記カメラに対向する面以外の面である前記コイルを内蔵する部分の側方を覆う面と前記駆動源又は該駆動源のフレームとの間を連結している、
部品実装装置用ヘッドユニット。 - 前記駆動源は、前記ノズルに動力を伝えて該ノズルを上下方向に動かすリニアモータである、
請求項1に記載の部品実装装置用ヘッドユニット。 - 前記カバーは、複数の開口を有している、
請求項1又は2に記載の部品実装装置用ヘッドユニット。 - 前記伝熱部材は、複数の金属柱状部材又は複数のヒートパイプである、
請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の部品実装装置用ヘッドユニット。
