Claims (8)
- 内レースと、外レースと、単列又は複列に配置され前記内レース及び前記外レースに沿って転動する転動体と、を有するロータリテーブル軸受と、
前記外レース及び前記内レースのそれぞれが結合されている取着区分を有するそれぞれ1つのアッセンブリ構成部材と、
を備えるロータリテーブル軸受アッセンブリであって、
少なくとも一方の前記アッセンブリ構成部材(3,4)の前記取着区分(16,28)は、ラジアル方向で弾性的に当該アッセンブリ構成部材(3,4)に形成されており、
前記外レース(11)を支持する弾性的な前記取着区分(16)は、前記アッセンブリ構成部材(3)において取り巻くようにして延びる環状溝(20)を介して弾性的に形成される、取り巻くようにして延びる環として構成されており、
前記環は、S字形の断面を有する
ことを特徴とするロータリテーブル軸受アッセンブリ。 - 前記取着区分(16)を形成する前記環は、ラジアル方向で延びるスリット(21)を介してセグメント化されている、請求項1に記載のロータリテーブル軸受アッセンブリ。
- 前記スリット(21)は、鉛直方向で見て前記環状溝(20)の底のレベルまで延在する、請求項2に記載のロータリテーブル軸受アッセンブリ。
- 内レースと、外レースと、単列又は複列に配置され前記内レース及び前記外レースに沿って転動する転動体と、を有するロータリテーブル軸受と、
前記外レース及び前記内レースのそれぞれが結合されている取着区分を有するそれぞれ1つのアッセンブリ構成部材と、
を備えるロータリテーブル軸受アッセンブリであって、
前記外レース(11)及び/又は前記内レース(12)は、ラジアル方向で弾性的な結合区分(25)を有し、前記結合区分(25)を介して、前記レース(11,12)はそれぞれ、前記アッセンブリ構成部材(3,4)に結合されており、
前記内レース(12)を支持する弾性的な前記取着区分(28)は、前記ロータリテーブル軸受を介して軸支される軸(4)の、前記内レース(12)を貫く中空円柱状の区分(5)であり、前記内レース(12)は、前記中空円柱状の区分(5)に対してラジアル方向で固定されており、
前記中空円柱状の区分(4)の下端部に、ラジアル方向内向きに延在する環状鍔(27)が設けられている
ことを特徴とするロータリテーブル軸受アッセンブリ。 - 前記外レース(11)は、断面略L字形に構成されており、ラジアル方向内向きに前記内レースに向かって張り出す脚片(24)に沿って、前記転動体(13,14,15)が転動し、鉛直方向に延びる脚片(25)が前記結合区分を形成する、請求項4に記載のロータリテーブル軸受アッセンブリ。
- 前記取着区分(16)は、前記結合区分を前記取着区分に固定するねじ(18)を収容する、下面よりアクセス可能な貫通部を有し、前記ねじ(18)は、弾性的な前記脚片(25)の端面に設けられたねじ山付き孔にねじ込まれている、請求項5に記載のロータリテーブル軸受アッセンブリ。
- 前記外レース(11)の、前記結合区分を形成する前記脚片(25)は、ラジアル方向で延びるスリット(21)を介してセグメント化されている、請求項5または6に記載のロータリテーブル軸受アッセンブリ。
- 前記スリット(21)は、前記外レース(11)の内向きに張り出した前記脚片(24)まで延在する、請求項7に記載のロータリテーブル軸受アッセンブリ。
