Claims (11)
- それらの間にシールギャップ(4)を画成する回転スライドリング(2)及び固定スライドリング(3)と、
前記回転スライドリング(2)をメカニカルシール装置の軸方向(X−X)において配置し直すベローズ要素(10)と、
前記回転スライドリング(2)の抜落防止装置(5)と
を備え、
前記回転スライドリング(2)が、接触面(21)を備える、周方向内側に向いた突出部(20)を有し、
前記抜落防止装置(5)が、前記回転スライドリング(2)の前記軸方向(X−X)の移動を制限する、径方向外側に向けられたウェブ(60)を備える内側スリーブ(6)を備え、
前記回転スライドリング(2)が、前記内側スリーブ(6)上に前記軸方向(X−X)に移動自在に配置された
メカニカルシール装置。 - 外側に向けられた前記ウェブ(60)が、前記回転スライドリング(2)の前記接触面(21)に直接接触している、請求項1に記載のメカニカルシール装置。
- 前記ウェブ(60)と前記回転スライドリング(2)の前記接触面(21)との間にばね要素(15)が配置されている、請求項1に記載のメカニカルシール装置。
- 前記接触面(21)が、前記軸方向(X−X)に対して垂直に配置された、請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載のメカニカルシール装置。
- 前記内側スリーブ(6)に接続された外側スリーブ(7)を更に備える、請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載のメカニカルシール装置。
- 前記外側スリーブ(7)と前記内側スリーブ(6)との間の接続部が、溶接接続部(18)として設けられている、請求項5に記載のメカニカルシール装置。
- 前記外側スリーブ(7)と前記内側スリーブ(6)との間の接続部が、弾性嵌合接続部(16)として設けられている、請求項5に記載のメカニカルシール装置。
- トルクを前記外側スリーブ(7)から前記回転スライドリング(2)へ伝達するピン(9)を更に備える、請求項5〜7の何れか一項に記載のメカニカルシール装置。
- 前記ベローズ要素(10)が前記外側スリーブ(7)に固定接続されている、請求項5〜8の何れか一項に記載のメカニカルシール装置。
- 前記外側スリーブ(7)と前記回転スライドリング(2)との間に接触シール(17)が設けられている、請求項5〜9の何れか一項に記載のメカニカルシール装置。
- 前記回転スライドリング(2)の摺動面(22)がダイヤモンドコーティングを有する、請求項1〜10の何れか一項に記載のメカニカルシール装置。
