Description
更に、本発明は、モータユニットの動作停止中にモータユニット交換信号が入力されたときにモータユニットの交換案内を出し、一方、モータユニットの動作中にはモータユニット交換信号が入力されてもモータユニットの交換案内を出さないようにすると良い。
まず、図1に基づいて部品実装機10の制御系全体の構成を説明する。
Claims (3)
- 部品実装機の駆動対象物の駆動源となるサーボモータと、前記サーボモータの回転を検出するエンコーダと、前記エンコーダの検出情報に基づいて前記サーボモータの回転をフィードバック制御するサーボアンプと、前記サーボアンプに前記フィードバック制御の指令値を入力する制御装置とを備えた部品実装機の駆動システムにおいて、
前記サーボモータ及び前記エンコーダを含むモータユニットは、前記サーボアンプが取り付けられた前記部品実装機の所定部位に交換可能に取り付けられ、
作業者が前記モータユニットの交換前に前記制御装置にモータユニット交換信号を入力する入力手段を備え、
前記制御装置は、前記モータユニットの動作停止中に前記モータユニット交換信号が入力されたときに前記サーボアンプをサーボオフ状態に切り換えると共に前記サーボアンプのシステム電源をオン状態に維持し、前記モータユニットが交換された後に前記サーボアンプと接続された前記エンコーダを初期化して前記サーボアンプをサーボオン状態に復帰させ、一方、前記モータユニットの動作中には前記モータユニット交換信号が入力されても前記サーボアンプをサーボオン状態に維持することを特徴とする部品実装機の駆動システム。 - 前記制御装置は、前記モータユニットの動作停止中に前記モータユニット交換信号が入力されたときに前記モータユニットの交換案内を出し、一方、前記モータユニットの動作中には前記モータユニット交換信号が入力されても前記モータユニットの交換案内を出さないことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の部品実装機の駆動システム。
- 前記モータユニットは、ヘッド移動装置に交換可能に取り付けられた実装ヘッドに取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の部品実装機の駆動システム。
