Description
Claims (12)
- スターラーバー吸着抽出法により透析液中の汚染物質および溶出物を検出する方法であって、
吸着材料で被覆されたスターラーバーをコンディショニングする工程aと、
透析液中の塩化ナトリウム濃度が少なくとも90%の飽和度になるように塩化ナトリウムを透析液に添加する工程eと、
被覆された前記スターラーバーにより前記透析液を攪拌する工程bと、
被覆された前記スターラーバーから汚染物質および溶出物を脱着する工程cと、
を備える方法。 - GC−MSによって前記汚染物質および前記溶出物を分析する工程dをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記コンディショニング工程aは、メタノールとジクロロメタンとを含む混合物中で洗浄する工程を備える、
請求項1または2に記載の方法。 - 前記コンディショニング工程aは、超音波処理をさらに備える、
請求項3に記載の方法。 - スターラーバーの吸着材料はポリジメチルシロキサン(PDMS)である、
請求項1〜4のうちいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - ポリマー容器中の透析液のバッチのバリデーションを行うプロセスであって、
請求項1〜5のいずれか1項記載の方法によって、熱殺菌後に、前記バッチの試料中のフタル酸ジエチルまたはフタル酸ジブチルの総量を求める工程aと、
前記工程aにおいて、前記バッチの前記試料に含有される溶出物または汚染物質が、150ng/L未満であることが判明した場合に限り、前記バッチのバリデーションを行ってから分配する工程bと、
を備えるプロセス。 - 前記工程aにおいて、前記バッチの前記試料に含有されるフタル酸ジエチルまたはフタル酸ジブチルが、150ng/L未満であることが判明した場合に限り、前記バッチのバリデーションを行ってから分配する、
請求項6に記載のプロセス。 - 前記工程aにおいて、前記バッチの前記試料に含有されるフタル酸ジエチルまたはフタル酸ジブチルが、100ng/L未満であることが判明した場合に限り、前記バッチのバリデーションを行ってから分配する、
請求項7に記載のプロセス。 - 透析液用一次包装材のバリデーションを行うプロセスであって、
一次包装材に透析液を充填する工程aと、
少なくとも15分間121℃の温度で、または、少なくとも3分間134℃の温度で、充填された前記包装材を熱殺菌する工程bと、
請求項1〜5のうちいずれか一項に記載の方法を用いて前記透析液を分析する工程cと、
前記工程cにおいて、前記バッチの前記試料に含有される溶出物または汚染物質が、150ng/L未満であることが判明した場合に限り、一次包装材のバリデーションを行う工程dと、
を備えるプロセス。 - 前記工程cにおいて、前記バッチの前記試料に含有されるフタル酸ジエチルまたはフタル酸ジブチルが、150ng/L未満であることが判明した場合に限り、前記一次包装材のバリデーションを行ってから分配する、
請求項9に記載のプロセス。 - 透析液用の殺菌処理のバリデーションを行うプロセスであって、
一次包装材に透析液を充填する工程aと、
充填された前記包装材を熱殺菌する工程bと、
請求項1〜5のうちのいずれか一項に記載の方法を用いて前記透析液を分析する工程cと、
前記工程cにおいて、前記バッチの前記試料に含有される溶出物または汚染物質が、150ng/L未満であることが判明した場合に限り、前記殺菌処理のバリデーションを行う工程dと、
を備えるプロセス。 - 前記溶出物または前記汚染物質は、フェノール、2′−ヒドロキシアセトフェノン、2−tert−ブチルフェノール、4−tert−ブチルフェノール、2,6−ジ−tert−ブチルフェノール、2,4−ジ−tert−ブチルフェノール、ビスフェノールA(BPA)、ブチルヒドロキシトルエン(BHT)、シクロヘキサノール、2−エチルヘキサノール、ベンジルアルコール、ドデカノール、オクタデカノール、フタル酸ジエチル(DEP)、フタル酸ジイソブチル、フタル酸ジブチル(DBP)、フタル酸ジシクロヘキシル(DCHP)、ウンデカン、酢酸2−(2−ブトキシエトキシ)エチル、メチルイソブチルケトン(MIBK)、シクロヘキサノン、トルエン、エチルベンゼン、スチレン、ジビニルベンゼン(DVB)、ベンズアルデヒド、1,2−ジシアノベンゼン並びにクロロベンゼン、4−tert−アミルフェノール、オレアミド、エルカ酸アミド並びに1,4−ジアセチルベンゼン、デカンアミド、ドデカンアミド、ヘキサデカンアミド、ステアルアミド並びに4−メチル−2−ヘプタノン、テトラデカンアミド、5,5−ジメチル−2,4−ヘキサンジオン、1,3−ジアセチルベンゼン、2−エチルヘキサン酸、ヘプタン酸、オクタン酸、デカン酸、ドデカン酸、テトラデカン酸、ヘキサデカン酸、オクタデカン酸、ドコサン酸、および3−(3,5−ジ−tert−ブチル−4−ヒドロキシフェニル)−プロピオン酸からなる群から選択される、
