Claims (8)
- チャンバ(22)と、流体を前記チャンバ(22)に導入する第1ポート(24)と、前記チャンバ(22)から流体を導出する第2ポート(25)と、前記チャンバ(22)に対して前記第2ポート(25)を開閉する電磁弁部(23)とを有する複数の流体制御弁(15,16)と;
前記複数の流体制御弁(15,16)を支持して車両に固定するための一つの支持部材(41)と;
前記複数の流体制御弁(15,16)の前記第2ポート(25)に連通する複数の入口部(41b,41c)と、前記複数の入口部(41b,41c)から導入した流体を導出する一つの出口部(41d)とを有する分岐通路(46)と;
を備え、
前記分岐通路(46)は前記支持部材(41)の内部に一体に形成されることを特徴とする内燃機関の流体制御装置。 - 前記複数の流体制御弁(15,16)の少なくとも一つは前記チャンバ(22)から流体を導出する第3ポート(26)を備え、前記第3ポート(26)は前記複数の流体制御弁(15,16)の他の一つの前記第1ポート(24)に連通することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の内燃機関の流体制御装置。
- 前記複数の流体制御弁(15,16)の少なくとも一つは、その第2ポート(25)の外周に形成した環状溝(25a)に装着したOリング(54)を備え、前記第2ポート(25)は前記Oリング(54)を介して前記分岐通路(46)の一つの入口部(41b)に嵌合することを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2の何れか1項に記載の内燃機関の流体制御装置。
- 前記分岐通路(46)の他の入口部(41c)と、前記分岐通路(46)の出口部(41d)とはジョイント部材(50,52)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の内燃機関の流体制御装置。
- 前記複数の流体制御弁(15,16)の少なくとも一つはスタッドボルト(44)により前記支持部材(41)に固定され、前記スタッドボルト(44)の中心線は前記Oリング(54)を有する前記第2ポート(25)の中心線と平行に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項3または請求項4に記載の内燃機関の流体制御装置。
- 前記流体制御弁(15,16)の前記チャンバ(22)を内部に形成するハウジング(21)は前記電磁弁部(23)に接合し、前記電磁弁部(23)は前記ハウジング(21)の長手方向と同じ方向に作動し、二つの前記流体制御弁(15,16)が横並びに配置され、何れかの前記電磁弁部(23)の作動方向に見たときに、前記支持部材(41)は前記二つの流体制御弁(15,16)の横並び方向に沿って延伸して該流体制御弁(15,16)を保持し、各々の前記流体制御弁(15,16)の前記支持部材(41)から最も遠く突出する位置どうしを結ぶ直線と前記支持部材(41)とに挟まれた領域内に、前記二つの流体制御弁(15,16)の前記第1ポート(24)、前記第2ポート(25)および前記第3ポート(26)が配置されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の内燃機関の流体制御装置。
- 二つの前記流体制御弁(15,16)は各々の前記電磁弁部(23)の作動方向が一方向から見ると直交し、その直交する面に垂直な面を平面視で見て、前記二つの流体制御弁(15,16)は横並びに配置され、前記支持部材(41)は前記二つの流体制御弁(15,16)の横並び方向に沿って延伸して該流体制御弁(15,16)を保持し、前記二つの流体制御弁(15,16)を接続する配管(49,51)は、前記二つの流体制御弁(15,16)の横並び方向に沿って、前記二つの流体制御弁(15,16)の各々のハウジング(21)の、前記二つの流体制御弁(15,16)に対して離れた側の側面の延長線(L3,L8)と、前記二つの流体制御弁(15,16)の横並び方向と直交する方向に沿って、前記各々のハウジング(21)の前記二つの流体制御弁(15,16)に対して離れた側の側面の延長線(L6,L7)とに囲まれる領域に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項6の何れか1項に記載の内燃機関の流体制御装置。
- 二つの前記流体制御弁(15,16)は各々の前記電磁弁部(23)の作動方向が一方向から見ると直交し、その直交する面に垂直な面を平面視で見て、前記二つの流体制御弁(15,16)は横並びに配置され、相互に直交する方向に延びる一方の前記流体制御弁(16)の前記第3ポート(26)と他方の前記流体制御弁(15)の前記第1ポート(24)とは第1配管(49)により接続され、前記他方の流体制御弁(15)の前記第2ポート(25)は前記第1ポート(24)と平行かつ前記第1ポート(24)に対して前記各々の前記電磁弁部(23)側に配置され、前記他方の流体制御弁(15)の前記第2ポート(25)と前記一方の流体制御弁(16)の前記入口部(41c)とは第2配管(51)により接続され、前記第1配管(49)および前記第2配管(51)は相互に交差することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の内燃機関の流体制御装置。
