Claims (7)
- ポリ乳酸発泡成形用組成物をシート形状に押出成形後、発泡させて一次発泡体を形成するステップ;
前記シート形状に押出成形された一次発泡体を、熱を加えて所望の形状に二次熱成形するステップ;及び
前記二次熱成形した後、熱成形された発泡体に電子線を照射して架橋させるステップ;を含む、ポリ乳酸発泡成形体の製造方法。 - 前記発泡成形用組成物は、ポリ乳酸樹脂100重量部及び発泡剤0.1〜10重量部を含む、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記ポリ乳酸樹脂は、L−ポリ乳酸、D−ポリ乳酸、L,D−ポリ乳酸、及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択された少なくとも一つを含む、請求項2に記載の製造方法。
- 前記発泡剤は、化学発泡剤または物理発泡剤を含む、請求項2又は3に記載の製造方法。
- 前記化学発泡剤は、アゾジカーボンアミド(azodicarbonamide)、p,p’−オキシビスベンゼンスルホニルヒドラジド(p,p’−oxybisbenzenesulfonylhydrazide)、p−トルエンスルホニルヒドラジド(p−toluenesulfonylhydrazide)、ベンゼンスルホニルヒドラジド(benzenesulfonylhydarazide)、及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択された少なくとも一つを含むことができ、前記物理発泡剤としては、不活性ガス、炭化水素ガス、及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択された少なくとも一つを含む、請求項4に記載の製造方法。
- 前記発泡成形用組成物は、核剤、鎖延長剤、架橋助剤、可塑剤、発泡助剤、帯電防止剤、酸化防止剤、及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択された少なくとも一つの添加剤をさらに含む、請求項2〜5のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記発泡成形用組成物の体積の2〜50倍に発泡成形する、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。
