Claims (11)
- 貫通穴が存在しない振動板を有し、前記振動板の一方面側に格納空間が形成されたケースと、
前記格納空間内において前記振動板の板厚方向から前記振動板に対向し、電圧が印加されることによって振動を発生して前記振動板を振動させる振動素子と、
前記格納空間に収容され、前記振動素子を前記振動板に押し付けている押し付け部材とを含む、ブザーユニット。 - 前記振動素子は、圧電素子を含む、請求項1に記載のブザーユニット。
- 前記格納空間内において前記振動素子と前記押し付け部材とによって挟まれた状態で配置され、前記振動素子を前記振動板へ向けて付勢している弾性部材をさらに含む、請求項1または2に記載のブザーユニット。
- 前記振動素子は、前記振動板の板厚方向に一致した板厚方向を有する平板状であり、
前記ケースは、前記振動素子の外縁部に前記板厚方向から対向し、前記振動素子が押し付けられた厚肉部と、前記振動素子において前記外縁部によって囲まれた内側部分に前記板厚方向から対向し、前記厚肉部よりも薄い薄肉部とを有する天板を含み、
少なくとも前記薄肉部が前記振動板を構成しており、
前記振動板の一方面側には、前記厚肉部によって囲まれて前記薄肉部と前記振動素子とによって前記板厚方向から挟まれた第1空間が形成されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のブザーユニット。 - 少なくとも前記振動素子の外縁部と前記厚肉部とを接着している接着部材をさらに含む、請求項4に記載のブザーユニット。
- 前記厚肉部は、環状に形成され、
前記厚肉部には、前記第1空間を前記厚肉部の外に連通させる連通部が形成されている、請求項4または5に記載のブザーユニット。 - 前記押し付け部材は、前記振動素子の外縁部に前記板厚方向から対向し、前記振動素子を前記振動板に押し付けている押圧部を含み、
前記振動素子に対して前記振動板とは反対側には、前記押圧部によって囲まれた第2空間が形成されている、請求項4〜6のいずれか一項に記載のブザーユニット。 - 前記ケースに設けられた第1係合部と、
前記押し付け部材に設けられ、前記第1係合部に係合した第2係合部とを含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のブザーユニット。 - 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のブザーユニットを備える、信号表示灯。
- 前記信号表示灯は、柱状であり、
前記信号表示灯において軸線方向における一端面は、前記振動板の表面を含んでいる、請求項9に記載の信号表示灯。 - 前記一端面は、前記信号表示灯の上端面である、請求項10に記載の信号表示灯。
