Description
Claims (1)
- 鉄系材料で作製された部品の表面に、ケイ素を10〜14重量%、銅を3〜5重量%、ニッケルを1〜3重量%、マグネシウムを0.3〜0.8重量%、鉄を0.1〜0.7重量%の割合で含み、残余がアルミニウムであるアルミニウム合金であってケイ素を粒子の状態で含む前記アルミニウム合金の皮膜をプラズマ溶射により形成する合金皮膜形成工程と、
前記皮膜が形成された部品を電解質溶液に浸し、前記皮膜を陽極として通電する陽極酸化工程とを行う
遮熱性部品の製造方法。
