Claims (13)
- ユーザの操作に応じて流体(2)を噴霧化するための携帯型吸入器(1)であって、
前記流体(2)の複数回の投与分に十分な量の前記流体(2)を収容した容器(3)を有し、前記吸入器(1)は、前記吸入器(1)の各作動の際に1回投与分を送り出すように構成され、
前記吸入器(1)の使用を検出するモニタ装置(24)を有する、携帯型吸入器において、
前記モニタ装置(24)は、加速度をあらゆる3次元方向において測定し又は検出することができる加速度センサ(30)及び該吸入器(1)から取り外し可能な別個のハウジングを有し、
前記モニタ装置(24)は、自動的にオフに切り替わり又は作動停止され又は待機モードに移行するように構成され、
前記加速度センサ(30)は、前記吸入器(1)の向きを検出するように構成され、そして加速度値からそれぞれの時刻を考慮に入れて前記吸入器(1)の運動経路を判定するように構成され、これにより前記吸入器(1)の正確な取り扱いに関する有用な情報を提供し、
前記加速度センサ(30)による前記吸入器(1)の運動の検出によって、前記モニタ装置(24)を作動させ又は起動させることができる、吸入器。 - 前記モニタ装置(24)は、前記吸入器(1)の、噴霧化又はトリガから始まって或る特定の期間後に自動的にオフに切り替わり又は作動停止され又は待機モードに移行するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の吸入器。
- 前記モニタ装置(24)は、前記吸入器(1)の引張り操作後、噴霧化又はトリガが行われない場合、前記モニタ装置(24)の起動又は作動後、或る期間が経過した後に自動的にオフに切り替わり又は作動停止され又は待機モードに切り替わるように構成されている、請求項1又は2に記載の吸入器。
- 前記モニタ装置(24)が自動的にオフに切り替わり又は作動停止され又は待機モードに切り替わった後、前記吸入器(1)が使用開始される又は流体噴霧化が開始される場合、前記モニタ装置(24)は再びオンに切り替えられ又は作動され又は起動されるように構成されており、前記吸入器(1)の使用開始又は流体噴霧化の開始は、前記容器(3)が所定の位置に達したとき又は開始要素(8)が押されたときに前記容器(3)又はばね(20)によって作動されるセンサ、スイッチ(41)又は近接センサによって検出される、請求項1〜3のうちいずれか1項に記載の吸入器。
- 前記モニタ装置(24)は、前記加速度センサ(30)によって前記吸入器(1)の位置の変化及び/又は向きの変化が検出された場合、作動され又は起動されるように構成されている、請求項1〜4のうちいずれか1項に記載の吸入器。
- 前記モニタ装置(24)は、前記吸入器の駆動ばね(7)の引張り操作が起こると、又は或る特定の容器位置に達すると、前記モニタ装置(24)を起動させ又はオンに切り替えるセンサを備えている、請求項1〜5のうちいずれか1項に記載の吸入器。
- 前記センサは、スイッチ(41)である、請求項6記載の吸入器。
- 前記モニタ装置(24)は、前記吸入器(1)内の空気圧力を測定する圧力センサを備える、請求項1〜7のうちいずれか1項に記載の吸入器。

- 前記モニタ装置(24)は前記少なくとも1つの給気開口部(15)を覆うと共に給気通路(44)を形成するよう構成されており、更に前記マウスピース(13)上に装着できるものであって、前記圧力センサは、前記吸入器(1)の給気経路(44)の外部及び/又はマウスピース(13)の外部に設けられているが、前記モニタ装置(24)が装着された際に前記吸入器(1)の給気経路(44)の内部に設けられる、請求項9記載の吸入器。
- 前記吸入器(1)は、ポンプとして構成され又は純粋に機械的に動作し、吸入とは無関係に及び/又は前記容器(3)の移動と同時に、前記流体(2)を運搬すると共に/或いは噴霧化する圧力発生器(5)を有する、請求項1〜10のうちいずれか1項に記載の吸入器。
- 前記モニタ装置(24)は、吸入又は吸息が検出されると、流体(2)の噴霧化をトリガするアクチュエータ(33)を有し又は前記アクチュエータ(33)を作動させる、請求項1〜11のうちいずれか1項に記載の吸入器。
- 前記モニタ装置(24)は、吸入又は噴霧化前及び吸入又は噴霧化中、前記吸入に関連した圧力又は流量データを連続的に記憶するメモリ(28)を有する、請求項1〜12のうちいずれか1項に記載の吸入器。
