Claims (23)
- 流体(2)の運搬、および、霧化のうちの少なくとも一方を行う圧力発生器(5)を有する流体(2)のネブライザ(1)において、
前記ネブライザ(1)は、投薬プロセスの期間全体を通じ、又は、投薬プロセスの終了時のうちの少なくとも一方のときに、ユーザへのガイダンスのために少なくとも1つの音響信号及び振動信号のうちの少なくとも一方を、機械的にのみによって発生させるように作動する信号装置(24)を有する、
ことを特徴とするネブライザ。 - 前記信号装置(24)は、複数の互いに異なる信号を発生させることができるよう構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のネブライザ。
- 前記信号装置(24)は、前記音響信号及び前記振動信号のうちの少なくとも一方を所望に応じて発生させることができることと、および、前記信号の発生を抑制し又はオフに切り換えることのうちの少なくとも一方ができるように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のネブライザ。
- 前記信号装置(24)を、特に霧化プロセスの開始時、及び、霧化プロセスの終了時のうちの少なくとも一方のときに前記圧力発生器(5)によって起動し、又は、オンに切り換えることができることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のネブライザ。
- 前記信号装置(24)を前記圧力発生器(5)、特にその駆動ばね(7)によって駆動できることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のネブライザ。
- 前記信号装置(24)は、前記圧力発生器(5)とは独立したエネルギー貯蔵手段、又は、駆動装置、特にばね押し手段(25)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のネブライザ。
- 前記ばね押し手段(25)を、特に前記流体(2)入りの容器(3)のための前記圧力発生器(5)の一部、例えばホルダ(6)によって前記圧力発生器(5)と一緒に手動で緊張させることができることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のネブライザ。
- 前記信号装置(24)は、前記信号を発生させるために、タペット(27)によって作動させる衝撃要素(26)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載のネブライザ。
- 前記タペット(27)は、前記信号を発生させるために前記ばね押し手段(25)によって前記衝撃要素(26)の方へ移動できることを特徴とする、請求項6又は8に記載のネブライザ。
- 前記タペット(27)を、特に、緊張プロセス中、前記タペット(27)に作用し、前記ばね押し手段(25)を緊張させる緊張カム(28)によって前記ばね押し手段(25)の力に抗して前記圧力発生器(5)と一緒に緊張させることができることを特徴とする、請求項7又は9に記載のネブライザ。
- 前記タペット(27)を緊張状態にロックできることを特徴とする、請求項8から10のいずれか1項に記載のネブライザ。
- 前記タペット(27)を特に霧化プロセスの終了時に、解除カム(30)を用いて前記圧力発生器(5)により解除できることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載のネブライザ。
- 前記緊張カム(28)、及び、前記解除カム(30)は、共通のカムスライダ(31)上に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項10又は12に記載のネブライザ。
- 前記カムスライダ(31)は、前記圧力発生器(5)を緊張させる霧化プロセス中、動くことができることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載のネブライザ。
- 前記信号装置(24)は、霧化プロセス中、特に前記圧力発生器(5)によりラッチ止め手段(33)上を動くことができ、それにより、前記信号を生じさせるラチェット要素(32)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から14のいずれか1項に記載のネブライザ。
- 前記ラッチ止め手段(33)は、前記流体(2)入りの容器(3)のための前記圧力発生器(5)のホルダ(6)上に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載のネブライザ。
- 前記ラチェット要素(32)は、フィンガ状構造のものであることを特徴とする、請求項15又は16に記載のネブライザ。
- 前記ラチェット要素(32)は、前記ネブライザ(1)の内側部分(17)上に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項15から17のいずれか1項に記載のネブライザ。
- 前記ラチェット要素(32)は、前記ラッチ止め手段(33)に向かって弾性的に、固有弾性的に付勢されていることを特徴とする、請求項15から18のいずれか1項に記載のネブライザ。
- 前記圧力発生器(5)は、機械的にのみ動作し、特にばね力に抗して緊張させるよう手動操作可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1から19のいずれか1項に記載のネブライザ。
- 前記圧力の発生、又は、霧化は、純粋に機械的に行われることを特徴とする、請求項1から20のいずれか1項に記載のネブライザ。
- 前記ネブライザ(1)は、前記流体(2)を収容し、前記圧力の発生中、又は、霧化中、一ストロークだけ動くことができる容器を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から21のいずれか1項に記載のネブライザ。
- 前記ネブライザ(1)は、特に医学的エーロゾル治療用の吸入器として構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から22のいずれか1項に記載のネブライザ。
