Description
ケーブル系、例えば電力(エネルギー)ケーブルあるいはデータ通信用ケーブルおよび遠隔通信用ケーブル、特に導水ケーブル系を含む地中ケーブル系は、極めて損傷や劣化を生じやすく、その際に水がケーブル芯部に侵入してケーブルに沿って拡散する。これによって、ケーブル系の機能が大幅に損なわれたり完全に失われたりすることがある。
したがって本発明の課題は、前述の従来技術の欠点をもはや示さない止水性のテキスタイル平面構造体を提供することである。特に、粉末状の高吸水性物質も接着剤も使用せずに済むとともに、低コストでの製造で、ケーブル内および/またはケーブル上での使用に際して、損傷時のケーブルに沿った長手方向への水の拡散に抗しうるテキスタイル平面構造体が提供されることが望ましい。
層内での重合によってマトリックス材料が完全に浸透し、これにより、堅固な接合が生じるとともに、摩耗がそれほど生じない。
a)細孔を有する層を、吸収材料の前駆体としての重合性モノマーまたはオリゴマーおよび架橋剤と、湿潤剤と、開始剤とを含む混合物で処理する方法ステップ、および
b)前記モノマーまたはオリゴマーを重合させて吸収材料とし、その際に、前記吸収材料と前記層との間に、少なくとも部分的に材料結合による接合を形成する方法ステップ

の化合物が使用される。実地試験によって、このような湿潤剤を使用した場合には、混合物の表面張力が特に効果的に低下し、それによって、該混合物がテキスタイル層に浸透し易くなることが判明した。これによって、吸収材料と層との卓越した付着性が生じる。

配置される。この実施形態は、特に高電圧および超高電圧範囲(60kVから1150kVまで)でのケーブルに適している。こうした種類のケーブルの場合には、平面構造体は、有利にはさらに遮蔽範囲内に、例えば遮蔽要素(金属(銅、アルミニウム)の線材、フィルム、テープおよび金属被覆体)の上方および下方に導入される。
単一ケーブルの被覆体、束状ケーブルの被覆体および導体芯部の被覆体として、あるいは、
切断してテープ状物にしたおよび/または撚って糸状物にした状態で、束状ケーブル内の空いた通路に沿った封止体としてケーブル充填体として
使用される。この実施形態は、データ用ケーブル、信号用ケーブル、ガラス繊維ケーブルおよび遠隔通信用ケーブルの場合に特に好ましい。
ケーブルの遮蔽要素の上方および/もしくは下方での、ならびに/または、
導体範囲における、導体芯部の被覆体としてのおよび/もしくはセグメントに分けられた導体の1つ以上の導体セグメントの被覆体としての、ならびに/または、
導体芯部もしくは導体セグメントの内部における、切断してテープ状物にしたおよび/または撚って糸状物にした状態での、導体範囲内の空いた通路に沿った封止体としての、
本発明によるテキスタイル平面構造体の使用に関する。
図1は、少なくとも1つの層2を含むテキスタイル平面構造体1を示す。この層2は、少なくとも部分的に吸収材料3で覆われているとともに、細孔4を有する。これらの細孔4を、液体の作用下に吸収材料3の膨潤によって少なくとも部分的に塞ぐことができる。
実施例1:
部分中和アクリル酸の溶液を製造するために、水酸化ナトリウム8.00gを水21.00gに溶解させ、これをアクリル酸21.00gと混合する。次いで、この部分中和アクリル酸の溶液25.00gを、1−[4−(2−ヒドロキシエトキシ)フェニル]−2−ヒドロキシ−2−メチル−1−プロパン−1−オン 0.50g、ヘプチルポリエチレングリコールエーテル(C7H15O(CH2CH2O)6.5H)1.00gおよび水47.00gと均一に混合する。この溶液のpHは、約4である。
実施例1の方法と同様にして、もう1つのテキスタイル平面構造体を製造した。但し実施例1の方法とは異なり、通気度が500dm3/(m2・s)未満であるサーマルボンドを施したポリエチレンテレフタラート不織布を使用した。これにより、通気度が120dm3/(m2・s)である本発明によらない平面構造体が得られる。
ケーブル内の空所に沿った水輸送の阻止をシミュレートするために、テキスタイル平面構造体によって生じる長手方向の封止性を、一定の間隙高さの下で試験した。この試験を、完成した地中ケーブルまたは海中ケーブルに関して実施される試験方法にしたがって行う。これらの試験において、ケーブルの側部に穿孔を施し、このケーブルに1mの水柱の水圧をかける。所定の時間後にケーブルを開き、走水距離を分析する。
異なる乾燥のタイプ、すなわち接触式乾燥および非接触式乾燥の影響を試験するために、実施例1で製造した平面構造体に対して、熱風での1回の乾燥と、加熱されたシリンダ乾燥機での1回の乾燥とを行った。シリンダ乾燥機を使用した場合には、平面構造体の表面が明らかに封じられることが判明した。このことは、通気度の顕著な低下に反映されている。結果を以下の表に示す。

- ケーブルへの水の侵入および拡散を防ぐためのテキスタイル平面構造体(1、1’)であって、前記テキスタイル平面構造体は少なくとも1つの層(2)を含み、前記層(2)は、少なくとも部分的に吸収材料(3)で覆われているとともに、細孔(4)を有しており、前記細孔(4)を、液体の作用下に前記吸収材料(3)の膨潤によって少なくとも部分的に塞ぐことができ、前記吸収材料(3)は、少なくともある範囲にわたって材料結合により前記テキスタイル層(2)と接合しており、
前記テキスタイル平面構造体は、DIN ISO 9073−3にしたがって測定した場合に、機械方向(MD)での引張強さが50N/5cmを上回り、かつ、前記テキスタイル平面構造体は、以下:
a)細孔(4)を有する層(2)を、前記吸収材料(3)の前駆体としての重合性モノマーまたはオリゴマーおよび架橋剤と、湿潤剤と、開始剤とを含む混合物で処理する方法ステップ、および
b)前記モノマーまたはオリゴマーを重合させて前記吸収材料(3)とし、その際に、前記吸収材料(3)と前記層との間に材料結合による接合を形成するステップ
