Description
Claims (7)
- 内燃機関用のピストン(2)を鋳造するための鋳型(1)であって、
ピストンスカートの将来の内周面(3)に対応する領域に、溝部(4)によって形成される表面模様(5)を備え、
前記溝部(4)の断面は、前記鋳型(1)の内部に向かって先細り、かつ所定の幅bを設けた底面を有する台形をなし、
前記溝部(4)は、
0.2mmよりも大きく且つ0.5mmよりも小さい深さtと、
0.02mmよりも大きく且つ0.05mmよりも小さい前記底面の幅bと、
0°よりも大きく且つ10°よりも小さい傾斜角αで外方へ傾斜した溝壁面(6)と、
を有していることを特徴とする鋳型。 - 前記溝部(4)が矩形構造を形成していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の鋳型。
- 2つの前記溝部(4)の間に、0.2mmよりも大きく且つ2.0mmよりも小さい間隔aが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の鋳型。
- 前記溝部(4)がレーザを用いて形成されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1つに記載の鋳型。
- 前記表面模様(5)に対して、コーティング(8)、特に離型剤が塗布されていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1つに記載の鋳型。
- 前記表面模様(5)が矩形ワッフルパターンとして形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1つに記載の鋳型。
- 請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1つに記載された、前記ピストンスカートの内周面(3)に対応する領域に、溝部(4)によって形成される表面模様(5)を備えた鋳型(1)により鋳造されるピストン(2)であって、
前記溝部(4)は、
0.2mmよりも大きく且つ0.5mmよりも小さい深さtと、
0.02mmよりも大きく且つ0.05mmよりも小さい幅bと、
0°よりも大きく且つ10°よりも小さい傾斜角αで外方へ傾斜した溝壁面(6)と、
を有していることを特徴とするピストン。
