Description
Claims (5)
- 多孔性金属複合構造体を含む生物センサー電極において、前記多孔性金属複合構造体は、多孔性金属構造体及び少なくとも一つのカーボンナノチューブ構造体を含み、前記カーボンナノチューブ構造体が前記多孔性金属構造体の表面に固定され、前記カーボンナノチューブ構造体が複数のカーボンナノチューブを含み、前記多孔性金属複合構造体が複数の褶曲部を含むことを特徴とする生物センサー電極。
- 生物センサー電極は、更に触媒作用を有する材料を含み、触媒作用を有する材料が前記多孔性金属複合構造体の表面に設置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の生物センサー電極。
- 前記褶曲部は、前記多孔性金属構造体及び前記カーボンナノチューブ構造体が共同に折り曲げて形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の生物センサー電極。
- 前記多孔性金属複合構造体が更に接続材料を含み、該接続材料が前記カーボンナノチューブ構造体を前記多孔性金属構造体の表面に固定することに用いられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の生物センサー電極。
- 分子識別素子及び信号転換素子を含み、前記分子識別素子は、検出されるための生物分子が触媒され、形成された生化反応信号を識別することに用いられ、前記信号転換素子が前記分子識別素子に識別された生化反応信号を電気化学信号に転換して、前記分子識別素子が請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の生物センサー電極であることを特徴とする生物センサー。
