Claims (21)
- 細長い製品(2)のコア(4)が、押出ユニット(8)の押出ヘッドを通って連続的に搬送され、
前記押出ユニット(8)を用いて、外被(6)として材料が前記コア(4)上に所定の壁厚(W)で押し出され、前記コア(4)を均一な壁厚で被覆し、
前記材料がまだ成形可能である間、前記押出ユニット(8)の前方で、前記細長い製品(2)が搬送方向(F)に成形ユニット(10)に供給され、
前記材料の一部が残りの材料に対して相対的に移動されるように、前記コア(4)を被覆している前記材料の一部が前記成形ユニット(10)によって搬送方向(F)に沿って剥がされて堰止められ、そして
堰止められた前記材料から成形部分(12)が前記外被(6)上に一体に形成される、
細長い製品(2)を製造するための方法。 - 前記材料の一部が前記成形ユニットによって、搬送方向において押出ヘッドの前方の堰止め範囲内に堰止められることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記材料を堰止めるために、前記成形ユニット(10)が閉鎖され、前記成形部分(12)を形成した後、前記成形ユニットが開放されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 複数の成形部分(12)が周期的に繰り返される複数の縦方向位置に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記成形ユニット(10)の成形チャンバ(24)内に、堰止められた前記材料が収容されて前記成形部分(12)が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記成形部分(12)が堰止められた材料を前記成形チャンバ(24)に充填することによって形成されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記成形ユニット(10)によって、前記外被(6)が前記細長い製品(2)の縦方向区間で完全に除去され、それによって自由区間(A3)が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記細長い製品(2)が続いて前記自由区間(A3)で二次加工されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記成形ユニット(10)の複数の成形ネスト(22)を相互に組み合わせることによって、前記成形チャンバ(24)が形成されることを特徴とする請求項5〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記材料を堰止めるために、前記成形ネスト(22)が摺動させられ、前記成形ネスト(22)が相互組み合わせ状態で前記成形チャンバ(24)を形成することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記成形ネスト(22)がそれぞれ回転要素(28)に取付けられ、前記回転要素(28)の回転によって相互組み合わせおよび分離されることを特徴とする請求項9または10に記載の方法。
- 長い成形部分(12)を形成するために、各成形ネスト(22)が湾曲した外側輪郭(K)を有することを特徴とする請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記成形ネスト(22)がそれぞれ摺動要素(30)によって取付けられ、少なくとも組合せの際にこの摺動要素によって摺動および/または回転させられることを特徴とする請求項9〜12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記成形ネスト(22)がそれぞれ軌道(VB)に沿って移動させられ、この軌道の少なくとも区間が前記搬送方向(F)に対して平行に延在し、しかも平行区間(PA)で平行に延在していることを特徴とする請求項9〜13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも2個の成形ネスト(22)が同じ平行区間(PA)に沿って移動させられ、前記少なくとも2個の成形ネスト(22)が調節可能な成形ネスト間隔(FA)を有することを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも2個の成形ネスト(22)が平行区間(PA)に沿って移動する際に、前記成形ネスト間隔(FA)が変更されることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記材料を堰止める際に、後側の成形部分(12b)を形成するために、前記成形ユニット(10)が前記細長い製品(2)の搬送速度よりも速い速度で、搬送方向(F)に移動させられることを特徴とする請求項1〜16のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記搬送方向(F)において連続する2つの縦方向位置の間で、成形部分(12)を有していない通常どおりの細長い製品区間(A2)が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜17のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記成形ユニット(10)が前記材料を堰止める際に温度調節されることを特徴とする請求項1〜18のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記成形ユニット(10)が開放の前に温度調節されることを特徴とする請求項1〜19のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 押出ユニット(8)と、この押出ユニットに続いて設けられた成形ユニット(10)とを備えた、請求項1〜20のいずれか一項に記載の方法によって細長い製品(2)を製造するための装置。
