Claims (7)
- 内径面に複数のトラック溝が形成されたカップ部と、カップ部の底部から軸方向に延びる中空の軸部とを有する外側継手部材と、外径面に複数のトラック溝が形成されるとともに内径孔にシャフトの一端が連結された内側継手部材と、外側継手部材のトラック溝と内側継手部材のトラック溝との対で形成されるボールトラックに配置される複数のトルク伝達ボールと、外側継手部材の内径面と内側継手部材の外径面との間に介在すると共にトルク伝達ボールを保持するケージを備えた固定式等速自在継手において、
外側継手部材のカップ部内に、内側継手部材とケージとトルク伝達ボールとを有する内部部品を組み込むとともに、内側継手部材へシャフトが取付けられた状態から、被取付部への取り付けまでの間に、外側継手部材の軸部に挿入されるとともに、前記シャフトに当接して最大作動角を規制するストッパを設け、前記ストッパの外径面にねじ部を有するとともに、前記軸部の内径面に、ストッパと螺合するねじ部を有することを特徴とする固定式等速自在継手。 - 前記ストッパは、カップ部の開口側と反対側から前記軸部に挿入可能なものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の固定式等速自在継手。
- 内径面に複数のトラック溝が形成されたカップ部と、カップ部の底部から軸方向に延びる中空の軸部とを有する外側継手部材と、外径面に複数のトラック溝が形成されるとともに内径孔にシャフトの一端が連結された内側継手部材と、外側継手部材のトラック溝と内側継手部材のトラック溝との対で形成されるボールトラックに配置される複数のトルク伝達ボールと、外側継手部材の内径面と内側継手部材の外径面との間に介在すると共にトルク伝達ボールを保持するケージを備えた固定式等速自在継手において、
ボール組付け後におけるシャフト取付状態から、被取付部への取り付けまでの間に、外側継手部材の軸部に挿入されるとともに、前記シャフトに当接して最大作動角を規制するストッパを設け、前記シャフトは、少なくとも軸部側が中空であり、前記ストッパがシャフトの内径側にまで延びることを特徴とする固定式等速自在継手。 - 前記ストッパにねじ部を有するとともに、前記シャフトの内径側に、ストッパと螺合するねじ部を有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の固定式等速自在継手。
- 外側継手部材のカップ部の軸方向長さを自動車リアドライブ用に短寸としたことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の固定式等速自在継手。
- 最大作動角を30°以下としたことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の固定式等速自在継手。
- 最大作動角を規制するストッパを設けた固定式等速自在継手の組立方法であって、
外側継手部材のカップ部内に、内側継手部材とケージとトルク伝達ボールとを有する内部部品を組み込んだ後、内側継手部材にシャフトを嵌入し、
被取付部への取り付けまでの間に、ストッパを外側継手部材の軸部に挿入して先端部をシャフトに当接させることを特徴とする固定式等速自在継手の組立方法。
