Claims (3)
- チューブ内で進退するピストンにより容量を可変させるボトム側区画及びロッド側区画を有し、ピストンに設けた作動ロッドがチューブから突出する長さを伸び縮みさせる作動シリンダのシリンダ増速機構であって、
作動シリンダのボトム側区画に繋がるボトム側ラインとの間で油を供給及び排出するバッファタンクと、中間の支点を揺動軸とする反転レバーとから構成され、
バッファタンクは、ケース内で進退するシール蓋により容量を可変させるバッファ区画を有し、シール蓋に設けた連動ロッドがケースから突出する長さを伸び縮みさせる構成で、ボトム側ラインから分岐したボトム側分岐ラインをバッファ区画に繋ぎ、
作動シリンダの作動ロッッドと前記バッファタンクの連動ロッドとを反転レバーの両端側それぞれに連結し、前記反転レバーの揺動により、前記作動ロッド及び連動ロッドを互い違いに伸び縮みさせるシリンダ増速機構。 - バッファタンクは、ロッド側区画を開放した補助シリンダである請求項1記載のシリンダ増速機構。
- バッファタンクは、作動シリンダのロッド側区画に繋がるロッド側ラインから分岐したロッド側分岐ライン又はボトム側分岐ラインいずれかとの繋がりを切換バルブで切り換えてなり、
切換バルブは、バッファタンクのバッファ区画から延びるタンク側ラインをボトム側分岐ラインに結ぶ排出側ポート区画と、前記タンク側ラインをロッド側分岐ラインと結ぶ供給側ポート区画とを有し、常態として排出側ポート区画を有効にして、前記排出側ポート区画を供給側ポート区画に切り換えるボトム側パイロットラインをボトム側ライン又はボトム側分岐ラインから延ばしている請求項1又は2いずれか記載のシリンダ増速機構。
