Claims (3)
- 油圧車両ブレーキ設備のための内接歯車ポンプであって、リングギヤ(2)と、前記リングギヤ(2)の中に偏心的に配置され、前記リングギヤ(2)と噛み合うピニオン(3)とを有しており、前記リングギヤ(2)と前記ピニオンはこれらが互いに噛み合う円周区域の範囲外にポンプ室(6)を相互の間で取り囲んでおり、該ポンプ室は、ポンプ取込部と連通する吸込室(8)と、ポンプ吐出部と連通する圧力室(9)とを有しており、さらに、前記リングギヤ(2)および前記ピニオン(3)の端面に当接する、前記圧力室(9)を側方で密閉するための回転不能のアキシャルディスク(12)を有している、そのような内接歯車ポンプにおいて、
前記アキシャルディスク(12)は、前記圧力室(9)と連通し、前記圧力室(9)からポンプ吐出部へと向かう方向に貫流可能である逆止め弁(24)を有しており、
前記内接歯車ポンプ(1)は、前記アキシャルディスク(12)の、前記リングギヤ(2)および前記ピニオン(3)の前記端面に当接する内面と反対を向いている外面を押圧する押圧区域(20)を有しており、
前記圧力室(9)は、前記内面から前記外面へと前記アキシャルディスク(12)を貫通する貫通孔(11)と、前記逆止め弁(24)と、を介して、前記押圧区域(20)に連通し、
前記押圧区域(20)は、前記アキシャルディスク(12)の前記外面と、該外面に対向する位置に形成されている凹部と、によって規定される区域であり、
前記逆止め弁(24)は、前記貫通孔(11)に部分的に沈み込んで配置されている
ことを特徴とする内接歯車ポンプ。 - 前記アキシャルディスク(12)は、前記逆止め弁(24)のバルブシート(26)を有している
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の内接歯車ポンプ。 - 前記逆止め弁(24)は、バルブ閉止体(25)と、前記アキシャルディスク(12)に取り付けられて前記バルブ閉止体(25)を保持するホルダ(27)と、を有している
ことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の内接歯車ポンプ。
