Claims (8)
- 液圧車両ブレーキシステムのための内接歯車ポンプであって、内歯のあるリングギヤ(3)と、前記リングギヤ(3)の中で偏心的に配置され、円周区域で前記リングギヤ(3)とかみ合う外歯のあるピニオン(2)とを有しており、前記ピニオン(2)が前記リングギヤ(3)と噛み合う円周区域に向かい合うように三日月形のポンプ室(6)が前記ピニオン(2)と前記リングギヤ(3)の間にあり、該ポンプ室には吸込室(8)と圧力室(9)に前記ポンプ室(6)を分割する分離片(7)が配置されており、前記分離片(7)は半径方向へ相互に可動である内側部分(12)と外側部分(13)とを有しており、前記内側部分(12)は前記ピニオン(2)の歯の歯先に当接し、外側で圧力付勢されて、内方に向かって前記ピニオン(2)の歯の歯先に対して押圧され、前記外側部分(13)は前記リングギヤ(3)の歯の歯先に当接し、内側で圧力付勢されて、外方に向かって前記リングギヤ(3)の歯の歯先に対して押圧され、前記内側部分(12)と前記外側部分(13)は前記圧力室(9)を前記吸込室(8)から封止するために封止個所(19)で相互に封止されている、そのような内接歯車ポンプにおいて、前記内側部分(12)と前記外側部分(13)は円周方向で前記内接歯車ポンプ(1)の回転方向(P)と反対向きに、前記内側部分(12)と前記外側部分(13)が常に前記封止個所(19)の前で前記ピニオン(2)ないし前記リングギヤ(3)の歯の少なくとも1つの歯先に当接する程度まで、前記封止個所(19)から突き出していることを特徴とする内接歯車ポンプ。
- 前記内側部分(12)と前記外側部分(13)の間の中間スペースは前記圧力室(9)と連通していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の内接歯車ポンプ。
- 前記内接歯車ポンプ(1)は前記ピニオン(2)および/または前記リングギヤ(3)の歯の間の歯中間スペースが前記圧力室(9)と連通するパイロット制御部を有しており、前記パイロット制御部は円周方向に前記内接歯車ポンプ(1)の回転方向(P)で前記封止個所(19)の前からは始まっていないことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の内接歯車ポンプ。
- 前記内側部分(12)または前記外側部分(13)は円周方向で前記内接歯車ポンプ(1)の回転方向(P)および/またはこれと反対向きに保持されており、前記外側部分(13)は前記内側部分(12)に、または前記内側部分(12)は前記外側部分(13)に、円周方向で前記内接歯車ポンプ(1)の回転方向(P)に、またはこれと反対向きに保持されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の内接歯車ポンプ。
- 前記吸込室(8)から前記圧力室(9)を封止するために前記内側部分(12)と前記外側部分(13)は前記封止個所(19)で互いに直接的に当接していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の内接歯車ポンプ。
- 前記分離片(7)は前記内接歯車ポンプ(1)の円周方向で前記内側部分(12)と前記外側部分(13)が互いに直接的に当接する個所に配置されたシール部材(18)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の内接歯車ポンプ。
- 前記内側部分(12)と前記外側部分(13)は半径方向で遊びをもって互いに係合していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の内接歯車ポンプ。
- 前記分離片(7)のコンポーネント(12,13,17,18,22)は予備組立されたモジュールを形成することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の内接歯車ポンプ。
