- 金型の空洞に1または2以上の管体であるインサート部材を配置する工程、
前記管体に芯金を挿入せずに前記空洞内に溶融樹脂を注入する工程、
前記溶融樹脂が前記空洞内のオーバーフロー部に達してから前記溶融樹脂が前記オーバーフロー部を満たす前までに前記注入を終了する工程、および
前記オーバーフロー部の樹脂を分離する工程、
を含み、前記管体は、加圧子による前記管体の長さ1cm当り100gfの圧縮荷重下における圧縮方向の高さが、前記圧縮荷重前の前記圧縮方向の高さの7/10以下であることを特徴とする樹脂成形物の製造方法。 - 金型の空洞にインサート部材を配置する工程、
前記空洞内にゲートから溶融樹脂を注入する工程、

- 前記樹脂は、ポリエステル系ホットメルト樹脂、ポリスチレン系ホットメルト樹脂、ポリオレフィン系ホットメルト樹脂、ポリウレタン系ホットメルト樹脂、ポリアミド系ホットメルト樹脂、および反応型ホットメルト樹脂よりなる群から選ばれる1つ以上のホットメルト樹脂である請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の樹脂成形物の製造方法。
- 前記樹脂は、フェノール系樹脂、不飽和ポリエステル系樹脂、ジアリルフタレート系樹脂、およびポリイミド系樹脂よりなる群から選ばれる1つ以上の熱硬化性樹脂である請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の樹脂成形物の製造方法。
- 前記管体に芯金を挿入しないものである請求項3または4に記載の樹脂成形物の製造方法。
- 1または2以上の管体を有し、
前記管体の少なくとも一部が樹脂により封止されている封止部を有する樹脂成形物であって、
前記管体は、加圧子による前記管体の長さ1cm当り100gfの圧縮荷重下における圧縮方向の高さが、前記圧縮荷重前の前記圧縮方向の高さの7/10以下であり、
前記管体の軸方向における前記封止部の一端部から1cm離れた位置における前記封止部内の前記管体の長径に対する短径の比は、
前記一端部から1cm離れた位置における前記樹脂により封止されていない露出部の前記管体の長径に対する短径の比より小さいものであることを特徴とする樹脂成形物。 - 前記封止部内における前記管体の長径に対する短径の比が0.9以上である請求項13に記載の樹脂成形物。
- 前記封止部内における前記管体の最小肉厚は0.05mm以上、0.5mm以下である請求項13または14に記載の樹脂成形物。
- 前記管体は分岐部を有しており、該分岐部は前記樹脂により封止されている請求項13〜15のいずれかに記載の樹脂成形物。
- 前記樹脂成形物は、射出成形物である請求項13〜16のいずれかに記載の樹脂成形物。
