Claims (10)
- 受光した太陽光を電力に変換し、前記太陽光の受光面側にテクスチャ構造を有する太陽電池セルと、
前記太陽電池セルに接続され、前記太陽電池セルにおいて生じた電力を取り出す一対の電極と、
前記太陽電池セルの前記受光面側に設けられた第一封止樹脂と、
前記第一封止樹脂の前記受光面側に設けられたカバーガラスと、を備え、
前記第一封止樹脂には、前記第一封止樹脂内の光を散乱させる光散乱体が含まれ、
前記光散乱体を含有した前記第一封止樹脂の全光線透過率が75%以上、ヘイズが2%以上52%以下であり、
前記第一封止樹脂は、エチレン酢酸ビニル共重合樹脂、ポリエチレン及びポリビニルブチラールからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも一種であることを特徴とする、太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記光散乱体は、酸化物からなる無機粒子であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記光散乱体は、波長が250nm〜600nmの範囲内の光によって励起され、波長が450nm〜1100nmの範囲内の光を発光する蛍光体であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記光散乱体の屈折率と、前記第一封止樹脂を構成する樹脂の屈折率との屈折率差Δnは、波長が300nm〜450nmの光に対する前記屈折率差Δnの平均が、波長が450nm〜1100nmの光に対する前記屈折率差Δnの平均より大きいことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記一対の電極のうちの少なくとも一方は前記受光面側に配置され、
前記受光面側に配置された電極は、光を反射可能な金属電極であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記太陽電池セルの前記受光面とは反対側の背面側には第二封止樹脂を備え、
前記太陽電池セルは、前記第一封止樹脂と前記第二封止樹脂とにより封止され、
前記第一封止樹脂は、前記太陽電池セルに接触している部分と、前記第二封止樹脂に直接接触している部分とからなり、
前記第一封止樹脂のうち、前記第二封止樹脂に直接接触している部分にも、前記光散乱体が含まれていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記光散乱体の屈折率と、前記第一封止樹脂を構成する樹脂の屈折率との屈折率差Δnが0.1以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記第一封止樹脂に含まれる前記光散乱体の含有量が、前記第一封止樹脂の1mm3あたり、1000000個以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記第二封止樹脂の、前記太陽電池セルが備えられている側とは反対側には、光を反射可能な背面部材が備えられていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記太陽電池セルは複数備えられ、
前記複数の太陽電池セルは配線によって電気的に接続され、
前記配線は、光を反射可能な金属材料により構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
