Claims (5)
- 燃料電池の膜・触媒層接合体の製造装置であって、
帯状の電解質膜を外周面に吸着して支持する吸着ローラと、
前記電解質膜の一方面に貼り合わされた帯状の第1支持部材を剥離して前記電解質膜を前記吸着ローラに押し付けて供給する剥離ローラを有する剥離手段と、
前記吸着ローラに吸着支持されて搬送される前記電解質膜の一方面に塗工液を塗工する塗工手段と、
前記電解質膜の一方面に塗工された前記塗工液を乾燥させて触媒層を形成する乾燥手段と、
前記吸着ローラに向けて帯状の第2支持部材を供給する供給手段と、
前記触媒層が形成された前記電解質膜の一方面に前記第2支持部材を重ね合わせた積層体を前記吸着ローラとの間で挟み込んで前記第2支持部材を前記電解質膜の一方面に貼り合わせるラミネートローラと、
を備えることを特徴とする膜・触媒層接合体の製造装置。 - 請求項1記載の膜・触媒層接合体の製造装置において、
前記ラミネートローラを温調する温調手段を備えることを特徴とする膜・触媒層接合体の製造装置。 - 請求項2記載の膜・触媒層接合体の製造装置において、
前記温調手段は、前記ラミネートローラを常温以上、前記触媒層に含有されるアイオノマーのガラス転移点以下に温調することを特徴とする膜・触媒層接合体の製造装置。 - 請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載の膜・触媒層接合体の製造装置において、
前記ラミネートローラと前記吸着ローラとによって前記電解質膜の一方面に前記第2支持部材が貼り合わされた膜・触媒層接合体を巻き取る巻取ローラをさらに備えることを特徴とする膜・触媒層接合体の製造装置。 - 請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに記載の膜・触媒層接合体の製造装置において、
前記供給手段は、前記剥離手段が剥離した前記第1支持部材を前記第2支持部材として供給することを特徴とする膜・触媒層接合体の製造装置。
