Description
Claims (7)
- 熱拡散特性を有する第1層であって、エッチングされた銅の回路を含む抵抗性熱源を有する第1層と、
熱拡散特性を有する第2層であって、エッチングされた銅層を含む温度検知素子を有する第2層と、
前記第1層と前記第2層との間に配置される絶縁性の第3層と、
前記第1層上に設けられた第1接着層と、
前記第1接着層上に設けられたトップカバーフィルムと、
を含み、
前記抵抗性熱源は、直列に電気的に接続された電圧源およびスイッチに接続され、
前記温度検知素子は、直列に電気的に接続された電圧源および抵抗器に接続され、プリントヘッドのジェットスタックの温度を測定する、
フレキシブル回路。 - 前記第1層および前記第2層は、銅を含む、請求項1に記載のフレキシブル回路。
- 前記温度検知素子は、温度を検知するサーミスタである、請求項1に記載のフレキシブル回路。
- 前記絶縁性の第3層は、前記第1層と前記第2層との間の電気伝導を防止する、請求項1に記載のフレキシブル回路。
- 前記第1層および前記第2層は、前記フレキシブル回路の長さに沿って熱を均一に拡散するための熱拡散能力を提供する、請求項1に記載のフレキシブル回路。
- 前記フレキシブル回路は、プリントヘッドのジェットスタックのためのヒーターおよび温度測定システムである、請求項1に記載のフレキシブル回路。
- ジェットスタックと、
前記ジェットスタックに熱的に接続される、前記ジェットスタックを加熱し温度を測定する素子と、を含み、前記ジェットスタックを加熱し温度を測定する素子は、
熱拡散特性を有する第1層であって、エッチングされた銅の回路を含む抵抗性熱源を有する第1層と、
熱拡散特性を有する第2層であって、エッチングされた銅層を含む温度検知素子を有する第2層と、
前記第1層と前記第2層との間に配置される絶縁性の第3層と、
前記第1層上に設けられた第1接着層と、
前記第1接着層上に設けられたトップカバーフィルムと、
を含み、
前記抵抗性熱源は、直列に電気的に接続された電圧源およびスイッチに接続され、
前記温度検知素子は、直列に電気的に接続された電圧源および抵抗器に接続され、前記ジェットスタックの温度を測定する、
