Claims (6)
- 第1半導体素子および第2半導体素子を備えるカレントミラー回路であって、前記第1半導体素子が含まれる第1電流路に流れる電流を、前記第2半導体素子が含まれる第2電流路に流れる電流に応じて調整するカレントミラー回路と、
前記第2電流路に設けられた制御スイッチと、
前記第2電流路に設けられ、前記第2半導体素子が導通した後に、前記第2半導体素子が導通した時に比べて前記第2電流路に流れる電流を抑制する電流抑制回路と、を備え、
前記第1電流路にリレーコイルが設けられていることを特徴とするリレー駆動回路。 - 請求項1に記載のリレー駆動回路において、
前記電流抑制回路は、
前記第2半導体素子が導通した後に、前記第2半導体素子が導通した時に比べて自らに流れる電流を抑制する電流抑制素子と、
前記電流抑制素子に対して電流を分流させると共に前記第2電流路に流れる電流を定める電流決定素子と、
を備えることを特徴とするリレー駆動回路。 - 請求項1に記載のリレー駆動回路において、
前記電流抑制回路は、
キャパシタと、
前記キャパシタに対して電流を分流させ前記第2電流路に流れる電流を定める電流決定素子と、を備えることを特徴とするリレー駆動回路。 - 請求項3に記載のリレー駆動回路において、
前記電流抑制回路は、
前記キャパシタに直列に接続された抵抗素子を備え、
前記電流決定素子は、直列接続された前記キャパシタおよび前記抵抗素子に対して電流を分流させるように並列接続されていることを特徴とするリレー駆動回路。 - 請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載のリレー駆動回路において、
前記カレントミラー回路は、
前記第1電流路のうち直流電源から前記第1半導体素子に至る区間に設けられた第1抵抗素子と、
前記第2電流路のうち前記直流電源から前記第2半導体素子に至る区間に設けられた第2抵抗素子と、を備えることを特徴とするリレー駆動回路。 - 請求項5に記載のリレー駆動回路において、
前記第2抵抗素子の抵抗値が前記第1抵抗素子の抵抗値よりも大きいことを特徴とするリレー駆動回路。
