Description
本発明の第一の実施の形態について図面を用いて説明する。
(Tth−Tc)=θtb×(Tj−Tc)/(θtc+θjt)
の式であらわされる。この式からTjは、
Tj=((θtc+θjt)Tth−θjt・Tc)/θtcと導かれる。ここで、θtcとθjtは構造によって決定されるものであり、既知の値となることから、TthとTbを測定することによって、Tjが計算できることとなる。
本発明の第二の実施の形態について図面を用いて説明する。

Claims (1)
- 放熱材を含む基材と、
前記基材に第1面が接着されたパワートランジスタと、
前記パワートランジスタの前記第1面と反対面の第2面に接着されたバスバーと、
前記バスバーに接続されて前記バスバーの熱を電気信号に変換する温度検知器と、
前記温度検知器に接続されて前記電気信号を送信するリードと、
前記基材と前記温度検知器との間と、前記パワートランジスタと前記温度検知器との間と、前記基材と前記バスバーとの間と、前記基材と前記リードとの間のそれぞれに充填された封止樹脂と、を備え、
前記バスバーの熱抵抗は前記封止樹脂の熱抵抗より小さい、
