Claims (5)
- 互いに対して反対側に位置する背面及び加工面を備えるワークであって、前記背面には、少なくとも2つのスロット又は凹所が設けられ、相隣する2つのスロット又は凹所の間には、位置決め部が形成され、前記加工面には、複数のギャップが形成され、各スロットは、1つの前記ギャップと連通し、各凹所は、複数の前記ギャップと連通すし、前記ギャップは、前記位置決め部と互いに対して平行であることを特徴とするワーク。
- 前記背面には、少なくとも2つの凹所が設けられ、前記少なくとも2つのスロット又は凹所は、互いに間隔をあけて平行するように配列され、前記少なくとも2つのスロット又は凹所のサイズ及び形状は、同じであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のワーク。
- 各ギャップの幅は、0.03mmであり、相隣する2つのギャップの間の距離は、1.2mmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のワーク。
- 各スロットは、1つの前記ギャップに対応して位置し、各凹所は、複数の前記ギャップに対応して位置し、各スロットの幅は、0.3mmであり、相隣する2つのスロットの間の距離は0.8mmであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のワーク。
- 互いに対して反対側に位置する背面及び加工面を備えるワークを提供する工程と、
前記背面において、少なくとも2つのスロット又は少なくとも2つの凹所を設け、且つ相隣する2つのスロット又は凹所の間に1つの位置決め部を形成する工程と、
前記加工面に対して切断加工を行って、各スロットに対応するエリアにおいて前記スロットと連通する1つのギャップを形成するか又は各凹所に対応するエリアにおいて前記凹所と連通する複数のギャップを形成する工程と、
を備えることを特徴とするレーザ切断方法。
