Description
〔熱電変換薄膜形成用組成物〕
本発明にかかる熱電変換薄膜形成用組成物は、熱電変換粒子と、ギ酸銅に第一級アミンが配位してなるギ酸銅アミン錯体と、を含む。ギ酸銅に第一級アミンが配位してなるギ酸銅アミン錯体を用いることにより、本発明の導電膜形成用組成物は比較的低温で焼結することができ、そして焼結時にギ酸銅アミン錯体の中心金属のCu2+が還元されて生成するCuが熱電変換粒子を被覆して導電パスとして機能する。
ギ酸銅に対する熱電変換粒子の比率が1:0.3よりも少ない場合、Cuが過剰に生成してCu同士が短絡することにより導電パスを適切に形成しない場合があり得る。一方でギ酸銅に対する熱電変換粒子の比率が1:0.6よりも大きい場合、生成するCuが少なく熱電変換粒子同士を接続する導電パスが適切に形成しない場合があり得る。

以下に、本発明の熱電変換素子について説明する。
〔熱電変換薄膜の製造方法〕
本発明にかかる熱電変換薄膜の製造方法は、本発明にかかる熱電変換薄膜形成用組成物を基材上に付与して、塗膜を形成する塗膜形成工程と、塗膜に対して120〜200℃での低温加熱処理を行い、熱電変換薄膜を形成する熱電変換薄膜形成工程と、を有する。
Claims (9)
- 熱電変換粒子と、ギ酸銅に第一級アミンが配位してなるギ酸銅アミン錯体と、を含む熱電変換薄膜形成用組成物。
- 前記ギ酸銅に対する熱電変換粒子のモル当量比は1:0.3〜0.6である請求項1記載の熱電変換薄膜形成用組成物。
- 前記熱電変換粒子は、マグネシウムシリサイド、マンガンシリサイド、及び、鉄シリサイドの少なくとも何れかを含有するシリサイド材料からなることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の熱電変換薄膜形成用組成物。
- 前記ギ酸銅に対する第一級アミンのモル当量比は1:1〜4である請求項1記載の熱電変換薄膜形成用組成物。
- 前記第一級アミンは炭素数が1〜19の第一級アミンである請求項1記載の熱電変換薄膜形成用組成物。
- 基材と、一対の電極と、熱電変換層とを有する熱電変換素子であって、
前記熱電変換層が、請求項1に記載の熱電変換薄膜形成用組成物により形成された熱電変換素子。 - 請求項1に記載の熱電変換薄膜形成用組成物を基材上に付与して、塗膜を形成する塗膜形成工程と、
前記塗膜に対して120〜200℃での低温加熱処理を行い、熱電変換薄膜を形成する熱電変換薄膜形成工程と
を有する熱電変換薄膜の製造方法。 - 前記基材は、フレキシブル基板であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の熱電変換薄膜の製造方法。
- 前記フレキシブル基板はプラスチックフィルム又は紙であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の熱電変換薄膜の製造方法。
