Description
[0002]本発明は、1,1,1,4,4,4−ヘキサフルオロブテン(1336mzzm)及び1−クロロ−3,3,3−トリフルオロプロペン(1233zd)の混合物に関する。より詳しくは、本発明は1,1,1,4,4,4−ヘキサフルオロブテン及び1−クロロ−3,3,3−トリフルオロプロペンを含む発泡剤組成物に関する。
かかる化合物の多くに関連するオゾン破壊性のために一般的には人気を失なっている。したがって、発泡用途のための代替物を提供する新規なフルオロカーボン及びヒドロフルオロカーボン化合物、並びに既存の組成物のブレンドに対する増加する必要性が存在する。大気温度よりも高い沸点を有する発泡剤は、特徴として劣った低温熱的性能を有する。したがって、理想的な発泡剤又は発泡剤ブレンドは、広い温度範囲にわたって最適の性能を有するLGWP材料でなければならない。
異性体を含み、これは単独か又はトランス異性体との混合物で与えることができる。このため、1336mzzmは、約50重量%〜約100重量%のシス異性体及び約0重量%〜約50重量%のトランス異性体;約75重量%〜約100重量%のシス異性体及び約0重量%〜約25重量%のトランス異性体;或いは約90重量%〜約100重量%のシス異性体及び約0重量%〜約10重量%のトランス異性体;を含んでいてよい。

[0051]発泡剤として、1336mzzm、1233zd(E)、1233zd(E)/1336mzzmの30/70モル%ブレンド、及び1233zd(E)/1336mzzmの70/30モル%ブレンドを用いて発泡体を調製した。ポリオールマスターバッチの組成を表1に示し、一方、対応する量の発泡剤を用いる一般的な噴霧発泡体配合物を表2に示す。3秒間の注入時間及び8秒間の混合時間を用いて発泡体を製造した。原材料の温度は、ポリオールが50°FでMDIが70°Fであった。
[0053]乳化時間、ゲル化時間、及び不粘着時間の間の関係を予測する。これらは製造した全ての発泡体に関して同等である。
[0056]当初は、1336mzzmを用いて製造された発泡体は、高沸点の発泡剤を用いて通常見られる非線形曲線形状を示す。これは、発泡剤の沸点より低い温度において発泡剤が発泡体マトリクス中に濃縮されるためである。1336mzzm/1233zd(E)の30/70モル%ブレンド及び1336mzzm/1233zd(E)の70/30モル%ブレンドは共沸組成物ではないので、同じ曲線形状を示さないことは予期しないことである。更に、これらのブレンドを用いて製造された発泡体の熱伝導率は、1233zd(E)を用いて製造されたものよりも大きく向上する。これらが向上するだけでなく、向上は、発泡剤ブレンドに加える1336mzzmの量に対して非線形の関係である。低い平均温度における向上が大きく、1233zd(E)の濃度には依存しないことは特に興味深い。更に、これらのブレンドから製造される発泡体は、1233zd(E)及び1336mzzm発泡体よりもゆっくりと経時変化することは注目に値する。

を含む発泡剤組成物。

Claims (18)
- 複数のポリマーセル及び発泡剤組成物を含む独立気泡の噴霧適用熱硬化性発泡体であって、該発泡剤組成物が
(i) 30〜70モル%のシス−1,1,1,4,4,4−ヘキサフルオロブテン(シス−1336mzzm);及び
(ii) 30〜70モル%のトランス−1−クロロ−3,3,3−トリフルオロプロペン(トランス−1233zd)を含む発泡体。 - 請求項1に記載の発泡体であって、シス−1,1,1,4,4,4−ヘキサフルオロブテンが40〜60モル%の量で与えられ、トランス−1−クロロ−3,3,3−トリフルオロプロペンが40〜60モル%の量で与えられる、発泡体。
- 請求項1に記載の発泡体であって、シス−1,1,1,4,4,4−ヘキサフルオロブテンが50モル%の量で与えられ、トランス−1−クロロ−3,3,3−トリフルオロプロペンが50モル%の量で与えられる、発泡体。
- 請求項1に記載の発泡体であって、該発泡体が、更に、少なくとも1の助剤を含み、該少なくとも1の助剤が、1又は複数のヒドロフルオロカーボン(HFC)又は炭化水素共発泡剤を含む、発泡体。
- 請求項4に記載の発泡体であって、該1又は複数のヒドロフルオロカーボン(HFC)が1又は複数のC1〜C4HFCを含む発泡体。
- 請求項4に記載の発泡体であって、該1又は複数のヒドロフルオロカーボン(HFC)が、ジフルオロエタン(HFC−152)、テトラフルオロエタン(HFC−134)、ペンタフルオロプロパン(HFC−245)、ペンタフルオロブタン(HFC−365)、全てのかかるHFCの全ての異性体、及びこれらの2以上の組合せからなる群から選択される発泡体。
- 請求項4に記載の発泡体であって、該1又は複数の炭化水素が、1以上のC4〜C6炭化水素を含む発泡体。
- 請求項7に記載の発泡体であって、該1又は複数の炭化水素が、イソペンタン、n−ペンタン、シクロペンタン、ブタン、及びこれらの2以上の組合せからなる群から選択される発泡体。
- 請求項7に記載の発泡体であって、該1又は複数の炭化水素が、シクロペンタンである、発泡体。
- 請求項4に記載の発泡体であって、該助剤が、水、CO2、CFC、HCC、HCFC、C1〜C5アルコール、C1〜C4アルデヒド、C1〜C4ケトン、C1〜C4エーテル及びジエーテル、有機酸、並びにこれらの2以上の組合せからなる群から選択される少なくとも1の共発泡剤を含む発泡体。
- 請求項10に記載の発泡体であって、該助剤が、少なくとも1の共発泡剤として水を含む発泡体。
- 請求項1に記載の発泡体であって、ポリウレタン発泡体、ポリイソシアヌレート発泡体、又はフェノール発泡体である発泡体。
- 請求項1に記載の発泡体であって、硬質発泡体である、発泡体。
- 請求項1に記載の発泡体であって、冷蔵庫用発泡体、冷凍機用発泡体、又は冷蔵庫/冷凍機用発泡体を含む装置用発泡体のために使用される発泡体。
- 請求項1に記載の発泡体を含む物品であって、ブロック及び積層体からなる群から選択される物品。
- 請求項1に記載の発泡体を含む冷蔵庫。
- 請求項1に記載の発泡体を含む冷凍機。
- 独立気泡のポリウレタン発泡体又はポリイソシアヌレート発泡体を製造する方法であって、
(A)イソシアネート又はポリイソシアネート組成物;及び
(B)ポリオール又はポリオール混合物及び発泡剤を一緒にすることにより、噴霧適用発泡体を形成する方法であり、該発泡剤が、
(i) 30〜70モル%のシス−1,1,1,4,4,4−ヘキサフルオロブテン(シス−1336mzzm);及び
(ii) 30〜70モル%のトランス−1−クロロ−3,3,3−トリフルオロプロペン(トランス−1233zd)
を含む方法。
