Claims (4)
- 管の内部に螺旋フィンが介装されるフィン内蔵管であって、
前記管は、
中心線が略直線状に延びる直管部と、
前記中心線が湾曲する曲げ加工部と、を有し、
前記螺旋フィンは、前記管に対して前記直管部の内部と前記曲げ加工部の内部とで共に螺旋状に捩られており、板状のフィン材が前記中心線まわりに一定の角度だけ捩れる軸方向の螺旋ピッチが前記直管部に位置する部位に比べて前記曲げ加工部に位置する部位で大きくなっていることを特徴とするフィン内蔵管。 - 請求項1に記載のフィン内蔵管であって、
前記曲げ加工部は、曲げ中心軸を中心として曲げられ、
前記螺旋フィンは、前記曲げ加工部において前記フィン材が前記曲げ中心軸と直交しないよう延在することを特徴とするフィン内蔵管。 - 請求項2に記載のフィン内蔵管であって、
前記直管部に介在する前記螺旋フィンは、前記曲げ加工部に近接する部位の螺旋ピッチが他の部位に比べて小さくなっていることを特徴とするフィン内蔵管。 - 請求項2に記載のフィン内蔵管であって、
前記直管部に介在する前記螺旋フィンは、前記曲げ加工部に近接する部位の螺旋ピッチが他の部位に比べて大きくなっていることを特徴とするフィン内蔵管。
