Claims (3)
- 粉体状の搬送物を単層化して搬送する粉体搬送装置であって、内部中空で搬送物が搬送される側の面の内外を貫通した孔を介して外部に向けて空気を吹き出すことが可能とされると共に、搬送物の搬送方向の上流端に対して下流端を下方に傾斜させて配置した搬送部と、この搬送部の上面に設けられ、搬送物の粒径より小さい径の無数の噴出孔が形成されると共に搬送物の粒径に応じて搬送部に対して取替可能とされたポーラスプレートと、搬送物の重さと粒径とに基づいて空気噴出量と前記搬送部の傾斜の角度を決定する制御部と、を備えたことを特徴とする粉体搬送装置。
- 搬送部における搬送経路途中に設けた少なくとも搬送中の搬送物の上面を撮像するためのカメラと、カメラの撮像画像に基づいて異物や異形な搬送物の有無を判別する画像処理部と、を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の粉体搬送装置。
- 搬送部における搬送経路途中に、搬送物を個別に取り出すために微細径とされて吸排気が可能なノズルと、このノズルを少なくとも搬送方向と直交する搬送部の幅方向に移動可能に支持したノズル移動部とを有したピックアップ機構を設け、このピックアップ機構を設けた位置に対応する搬送部の幅方向における空気の噴出と停止を可能とするシャッタ機構を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の粉体搬送装置。
