Description
図1は、欧州特許公報EP 0 993 767 B1の図2の複製を示し、かつ本発明の適用として、中心から遠い部分100aがガイドバー装置102でチェーンソー装置101を担持するように調整され、チェーンソー装置101は、木の幹103を水平に切断し、元の位置に戻るためのカスタマイズされた往復横引き運動または軌道「S」のために前後に搖動するように調整されることができる収穫ユニット100の部分を説明する。

Claims (10)
- 材木(103)を切断する収穫ユニット(100)に支持されたチェーンソー装置(1)におけるガイドバー(5)が配置された平面(P)内のガイドバー(5)の往復振動運動(S)を達成するために、回転軸(15’)を中心に360°以下の角度範囲内に往復回旋可能な動力伝達機構であって、
軸方向に相互作用するよう配置されたローター部(15b)とステーター部(15)を備え、
前記ローター部(15b)は、前記回転軸(15’)を中心に前記ステーター部(15)に対して回転可能に配置され、
ポンプユニット(8)が油圧を用いて、前記ローター部(15b)を前記ステーター部(15)に対して回転させるように配置されており、
前記ステーター部は、2つの外側ディスク(11,12)と中間ディスク(13)を備え、前記ローター部は、軸方向において前記2つの外側ディスク(11,12)の間に配置されて前記中間ディスク(13)の内側に配置されたディスク(14)を備え、
前記ステーター部と前記ローター部の前記ディスク(11,12,13,14)は、平行かつ前記回転軸(15’)に中心を合わせるよう配置され、
前記ローター部(15b)の前記ディスク(14)は、前記ガイドバー(5)に連結され、
前記中間ディスク(13)と前記ローター部(15b)の前記ディスク(14)が、前記外側ディスク(11,12)の間に少なくとも1つの空洞(13”)を設けるように、前記ディスク(11,12,13,14)が配置され、
前記空洞(13”)は、前記ローター部(15b)の前記ディスク(14)が、前記ステーター部(15)の前記中間ディスク(13)に対して、ある角度範囲、往復回転可能なように、円弧状に形成され、
前記ポンプユニット(8)は、前記ローター部(15b)の前記ディスク(14)が、前記ステーター部(15)の前記中間ディスク(13)に対して回転するように、前記空洞(13”)に油圧を与え、
油圧液が前記ステーター部と前記ローター部の摺動面(110−116,131,141)の間を浸透することができるように、前記動力伝達機構は構成されている
ことを特徴とする、動力伝達機構。 - 前記ステーター部(15)の前記ディスク(11,12,13)には、前記ローター部(15b)のフランジ(14a)を収容するための貫通孔がそれぞれ設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の動力伝達機構。
- 前記ポンプユニット(8)から前記動力伝達機構への油圧の流れを制御する油圧制御弁(36)を使用して、前記ローター部(15b)の前記ディスク(14)の往復回転を起こして、前記往復振動運動(S)を引き起こすように構成されている請求項1または2に記載の動力伝達機構。
- 前記ローター部(15b)の前記ディスク(14)が前記ステーター部(15)の前記ディスク(11,12,13)に囲まれていることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の動力伝達機構。
- 前記空洞(13")は、前記ローター部(15b)の前記ディスク(14)が、前記ステーター部(15)の前記中間ディスク(13)に対して、最大1.5πラジアンの角度範囲にわたって回転運動が可能であるように配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の動力伝達機構。
- 前記油圧が静圧であることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の動力伝達機構。
- 前記外側ディスクのうちの第1のディスク(11)は、ガイドバーハウジング(2')に固定されているか一体化されていることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の動力伝達機構。
- 前記外側ディスクのうちの第2のディスク(12)は、ソーチェーンを駆動する駆動モーターユニット(3)に固定されているか一体化されていることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の動力伝達機構。
- 前記外側ディスク(11,12)は、前記空洞(13")の境界面を構成する互いに対向する平坦な壁を有することを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の動力伝達機構。
- 前記中間ディスク(13)と前記ローター部のディスク(14)は、前記外側ディスク(11,12)の間に少なくとも2つの空洞(13')を設けるように形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の動力伝達機構。
