Claims (4)
- 環状に形成されて内周側に内歯を有する内歯歯車と、
外周側に前記内歯と噛合可能な外歯を有して前記内歯歯車の内周側に配設される第1外歯歯車および第2外歯歯車と、
軸方向の一端側に前記内歯歯車、前記第1外歯歯車および前記第2外歯歯車を回転自在に収容保持する一端側収容部が形成されるとともに、軸方向の他端側に他端側収容部が形成されたケース部材と、
前記ケース部材に取り付けられて前記他端側収容部の開口を閉鎖するカバー部材と、
前記ケース部材の前記他端側収容部に収容されるプレート部材とを備え、
前記一端側収容部内において前記内歯歯車の内周側にポンプ室が画成されてなる歯車ポンプであって、
前記ケース部材は、前記ポンプ室を前記第1外歯歯車側に配置される第1ポンプ室と前記第2外歯歯車側に配置される第2ポンプ室とに分割する仕切部を有し、
前記第1ポンプ室は、前記内歯歯車および前記第1外歯歯車の回転に応じて流体が吸入される第1吸入空間と流体が吐出される第1吐出空間とを有し、
前記第2ポンプ室は、前記内歯歯車および前記第2外歯歯車の回転に応じて流体が吸入される第2吸入空間と流体が吐出される第2吐出空間とを有し、
前記第1吸入空間、前記第2吸入空間、前記第1吐出空間および前記第2吐出空間は、前記他端側収容部にそれぞれ連通しており、
前記カバー部材は、第1ポートおよび第2ポートを有し、
前記プレート部材は、前記第1ポートに連通する第1連通路と、前記第2ポートに連通する第2連通路とを有し、
前記ケース部材は、前記他端側収容部内において、前記吸入空間同士および前記吐出空間同士のうちの一方の空間同士のそれぞれに連通する一方側連通部を有し、
前記第1連通路は、前記一方側連通部に連通し、
前記第2連通路は、前記吸入空間同士および前記吐出空間同士のうちの他方の空間同士のそれぞれに連通する他方側連通部を有して構成されることを特徴とする歯車ポンプ。 - 前記他方側連通部は、前記プレート部材に軸方向に貫通形成された二つの連通孔と、前記プレート部材の軸方向の他端側に開口されて前記二つの連通孔に繋がる連通溝とを有し、
前記二つの連通孔が前記他方の空間同士に連通することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の歯車ポンプ。 - 前記第1吸入空間および前記第2吸入空間が前記内歯歯車の回転中心に対して対称に配置されるとともに、前記第1吐出空間および前記第2吐出空間が前記内歯歯車の回転中心に対して対称に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の歯車ポンプ。
- 前記第1ポートは、流体を吸入するための吸入ポートであり、
前記第2ポートは、流体を吐出するための吐出ポートであり、
前記吸入ポートからの流体を、前記一方側連通部にて前記第1吸入空間と前記第2吸入空間とに分流させ、
前記第1吐出空間および前記第2吐出空間からの流体を、前記他方側連通部にて合流させて前記吐出ポートに送り出すことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の歯車ポンプ。
