Claims (13)
- 外科用訓練のための解剖学的モデルであって、
内面及び外面を備えた第1の層を有し、前記第1の層は、前記内面と前記外面との間で定められた厚さを有し、前記第1の層は、第1の解剖学的構造体の少なくとも一部分を真似るよう構成されると共に第1の周囲を有し、
内面及び外面を備えた第2の層を有し、前記第2の層は、前記内面と前記外面との間に厚さを定め、前記第2の層は、第2の周囲を有し、前記第2の層は、前記第2の層の前記外面が前記第1の層の前記内面に向くよう前記第1の層を覆い、
少なくとも1つの第2の模擬解剖学的構造体を有し、前記少なくとも1つの第2の模擬解剖学的構造体は、前記少なくとも1つの第2の模擬解剖学的構造体周りに第3の周囲を定め、前記少なくとも1つの第2の模擬解剖学的構造体は、前記第2の層の前記内面に連結され、
前記第2の層の前記外面は、少なくとも部分的に前記少なくとも1つの第2の模擬解剖学的構造体の存在場所周りで前記第1の層の前記内面に連結され、
前記第2の層は、前記第2の層が前記第3の周囲の内側の場所で前記第1の層から引き離されたときに前記第2の層が前記第1の層に対してテント状になるよう前記第3の周囲の内側で前記第1の層には連結されていない、解剖学的モデル。 - 内面及び外面を備えた第4の層を更に有し、前記第4の層は、前記内面と前記外面との間に厚さを定めると共に第4の周囲を有し、前記第4の層は、前記第4の層の前記外面が前記第2の層の前記内面及び前記少なくとも1つの第2の模擬解剖学的構造体に向くよう前記第2の層及び前記少なくとも1つの第2の模擬解剖学的構造体を覆い、前記第4の層の前記外面は、前記第2の層の前記内面に連結されている、請求項1記載の解剖学的モデル。
- 前記第2の層の前記外面は、前記第1の層上に投影された前記第3の周囲の外側の場所で前記第1の層の前記内面に連結され、
前記第4の層の前記外面は、前記第2の層上に投影された前記第3の周囲の外側の場所で前記第2の層の前記内面に連結されている、請求項2記載の解剖学的モデル。 - 前記第2の層の前記外面は、前記第1の層上に投影された前記第3の周囲の少なくとも一部に沿う場所で前記第1の層の前記内面に連結され、
前記第4の層の前記外面は、前記第2の層上に投影された前記第3の周囲の少なくとも一部に沿い又は該第3の周囲の外側の場所で前記第2の層の前記内面に連結されている、請求項2記載の解剖学的モデル。 - 前記第2の層及び前記第4の層の厚さは、前記第1の層の厚さよりも小さい、請求項2記載の解剖学的モデル。
- 前記第2の層の前記外面は、前記第1の周囲の少なくとも一部に沿って前記第1の層の前記内面に連結され、前記第4の層の前記外面は、前記第1の周囲又は前記第2の周囲の少なくとも一部に沿って前記第2の層の前記内面に連結されている、請求項2記載の解剖学的モデル。
- 前記第1の層は、肝臓の少なくとも一部分を真似ており、前記少なくとも1つの第2の模擬解剖学的構造体は、模擬胆嚢を含む、請求項1記載の解剖学的モデル。
- 前記第1の層は、前記第2の層よりも厚い、請求項1記載の解剖学的モデル。
- 前記第1の層の前記内面は、平坦である、請求項1記載の解剖学的モデル。
- 前記第2の層の前記外面は、前記第1の周囲の少なくとも一部に沿って前記第1の層の内面に連結されている、請求項1記載の解剖学的モデル。
- 前記第2の層は、前記覆われている第2の層上に投影された前記第3の周囲の内側の場所で前記第1の層には連結されていない、請求項1記載の解剖学的モデル。
- 第3の層は、前記第3の周囲のところで又は前記第3の周囲の内側で前記第2の層に連結されている、請求項1記載の解剖学的モデル。
- 前記第2の層の前記外面は、前記第1の層上に投影された前記第3の周囲の少なくとも一部に沿い又は該第3の周囲の外側の場所で前記第1の層の前記内面に連結されている、請求項1記載の解剖学的モデル。
