前記電極タブに電気的に連結されるタブ連結部と、
前記タブ連結部から延びた状態で、電池ケースの外側に突出して外部デバイスに電気的に連結される突出延長部と、を含んでおり、
前記タブ連結部にはガス吸着剤がコーティングされており、
前記ガス吸着剤は、タブ連結部における電極タブの連結される部位を除いた残りの部位の少なくとも一部にコーティングされていることを特徴とする電池セル。 - 前記電池ケースは、樹脂層と金属層とを含むラミネートシートからなるパウチ型ケースであり、電極アセンブリ収納部の外周辺が熱融着によって密封されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記ガス吸着剤は、タブ連結部における電極タブの連結される部位を除いた残りの部位のすべてにコーティングされていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記タブ連結部には、ガス吸着剤が担持可能な複数の気孔が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記気孔に含まれるガス吸着剤の量は、タブ連結部にコーティングされるガス吸着剤の全体量に対して0.1%〜30%の範囲であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の電池セル。
- 前記ガス吸着剤は、ガス吸着性を有する分子篩および金属成分からなる群より選択される1種以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記分子篩は、シリカゲル、炭素繊維、多孔質性炭素材料、多孔質性金属酸化物、多孔性ゲル、およびゼオライトからなる群より選択される1種以上であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の電池セル。
- 前記多孔質性炭素材料は、カーボンモレキュラーシーブ(molecular sieve)および活性炭からなる群より選択される1種以上であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の電池セル。
- 前記多孔質性金属酸化物の金属材は、ゼオライト、シリカゲル、アルミナ、およびモレキュラーシーブからなる群より選択される1種以上であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の電池セル。
- 前記金属成分は、ニッケル(Ni)、白金(Pt)、パラジウム(Pd)、カルシウム(Ca)、ストロンチウム(Sr)、バリウム(Ba)、タリウム(Ti)、ジルコニウム(Zr)、ハフニウム(Hf)、バナジウム(V)、ニオブ(Nb)、タンタル(Ta)、クロム(Cr)、モリブデン(Mo)、およびタングステン(W)からなる群より選択される1種以上であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の電池セル。
- 前記タブ連結部は、電極タブの突出方向に垂直な幅方向の長さが電極タブに比べて相対的に大きなサイズを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記タブ連結部は、電極タブの突出方向に垂直な幅方向の長さがこれに対応する電池ケースの収納部の幅より小さいサイズであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記タブ連結部の少なくとも一部は、熱融着外周辺に位置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記タブ連結部は、電極タブの突出方向に垂直な幅方向の両側端部が電池ケースの両側面の熱融着外周辺にそれぞれ到達する長さに形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記タブ連結部の両側端部と電池ケースの両側面の熱融着外周辺との間には、熱融着による密封性を向上させることができるように、絶縁フィルムが介在していることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の電池セル。
- 前記タブ連結部は、電極タブの突出方向と同じ方向の長さが電極タブの突出長さに対して10%〜90%の大きさに形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記電極タブは、突出方向に垂直な幅方向の長さがこれに対応する電極アセンブリの外周辺の幅と同一であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記電極タブは、互いに相異なる極性を有する電極タブが互いに対向する外周辺側に突出していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記電極タブは、相異なる極性を有する電極タブが互いに同一の外周辺側に突出していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記電極タブに連結される電極リードのタブ連結部の間には絶縁体が介在していることを特徴とする請求項19に記載の電池セル。
- 前記電池セルは、リチウム二次電池であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 請求項1に記載の電池セルを含むことを特徴とする電池パック。
- 請求項22に記載の電池パックを含むことを特徴とするデバイス。
- 前記デバイスは、携帯電話、タブレットコンピュータ、ノートパソコン、パワーツール、ウェアラブル電子機器、電気自動車、ハイブリッド電気自動車、プラグ−インハイブリッド電気自動車、および電力貯蔵装置からなる群より選択されるいずれか1つであることを特徴とする請求項23に記載のデバイス。
