Description

式中、 D:生産計画で定められた製品の見かけ比重
R:生産計画で定められた縦横比(縦方向と横方向の延伸倍率の比)
W:縦延伸をかける前のシートの1平方メートルあたりの重量(g)
X:縦方向の延伸倍率
Y:横方向の延伸倍率
Z:縦延伸によるシートの横方向の長さの収縮倍率もしくは伸長倍率
Tダイを備え付けた小型二軸混練押出成形機(テクノベル社製)を用いて、高密度ポリエチレン樹脂と炭酸カルシウム粉末とを、質量比20:80となるように調節し、更に、マグネシウムステアレートを両原料に対し3質量%となるように配合して、設定温度220℃で混練し、同時に原料プラスチックシートを押出成形する直接法成形を行った。ダイス出口から成形シートを引取ロール(90℃)に引き取り後、直ちに巻取ロール(30℃)に巻き取り、その際の引取ロール及び巻取ロールの回転速度をそれぞれ1.75m/minに設定した。得られたプラスチックシートの平均厚さは、0.20mmであった。
引取ロール及び巻取ロールの回転速度をそれぞれ0.75m/minに設定してシートを作成した以外は比較例1と同様にしてシートを作成した。得られたプラスチックシートの平均厚さは、0.19mmであった。
前記、小型二軸混練押出成形機の引取ロールと、巻取ロールの間の2箇所に、図3に示すように、方形の固体物体を備えて裏面及び表面に対する曲げ処理のパートを設けた。この設備を使用し、引取ロールの回転速度を1.86m/min、巻取ロールの回転速度を2.10m/minにそれぞれ設定してシートを作成した以外は比較例1と同様にしてシートを作成した。ここで、固体物体の角部の角度は90°である。
引取ロールの回転速度を0.78m/min、巻取ロールの回転速度を0.88m/minにそれぞれ設定した以外は実施例1と同様にしてシートを作成した。曲げ処理工程を行う前の原料プラスチックシートの厚さは0.25mmであったのに対し、曲げ処理工程を経た後に得られたプラスチックシートの平均厚さは、0.22mmであった。
引取ロールの回転速度を1.06m/min、巻取ロールの回転速度を2.43m/minにそれぞれ設定した以外は実施例1と同様にしてシートを作成した。曲げ処理工程を行う前の原料プラスチックシートの厚さは0.20mmであったのに対し、曲げ処理工程を経た後に得られたプラスチックシートの平均厚さは、0.15mmであった。
引取ロールの回転速度を1.56m/min、巻取ロールの回転速度を2.67m/minにそれぞれ設定した以外は実施例1と同様にしてシートを作成した。曲げ処理工程を行う前の原料プラスチックシートの厚さは0.18mmであったのに対し、曲げ処理工程を経た後に得られたプラスチックシートの平均厚さは、0.13mmであった。
上で得た処理した原料プラスチックシートから、幅15mmの短冊状の試験片を切り出し、1000Nのロードセルを取り付けた引張試験機((株)A&D製)を用い、25℃又は95℃において、引張速度500mm/分、チャック間距離100mmの条件で引張試験を行い、フィルム破断時における強度及び伸張率を測定した。その結果を、それぞれ引張強度及び伸長率として表1に示す。
Tダイを備え付けた小型二軸混練押出成形機(テクノベル社製)を用いて、高密度ポリエチレン樹脂と炭酸カルシウム粉末とを、質量比を変えて配合し、更に、マグネシウムステアレートを両原料に対し3質量%となるように添加して、設定温度220℃で混練し、同時に原料プラスチックシートを押出成形する直接法成形を行った。表2に示した条件で、ダイス出口から成形シートを一旦引取ロールに引き取り後、直ちに巻取ロールに巻き取り、厚さが平均0.20mmのプラスチックシートを得た。
前記、小型二軸混練押出成形機の引取ロールと、巻取ロールの間の2箇所に、図3に示すように、方形の固体物体を備えて裏面及び表面に対する曲げ処理のパートを設けた。この設備を使用し、表2に示した条件に引取ロール及び巻取ロールの回転速度を設定してシートを作成した以外は比較例3と同様にしてシートを作成した。ここで、固体物体の角部の角度は90°である。
上で得たプラスチックシートから試験片を切り出し、前記と同条件で引張試験を行い、25℃におけるフィルム破断時における強度及び伸張率を測定した。その結果を、それぞれ引張強度及び伸長率として表2に示す。

Claims (6)
- フィラーを50質量%以上85質量%以下含有する原料プラスチックシートを、流れ方向に移動させる途中、固形物体表面に押し付けるように接触させ、その当接部分においてシートが折り曲げられるような状態にし、シート内部に作用する応力を発生させて原料プラスチックシートを処理する曲げ処理工程を有し、
前記原料プラスチックシートの製造と、前記曲げ処理工程とが連続的に行われる、
プラスチックシートの製造方法。 - 前記曲げ工程が、前記原料プラスチックシートを流れ方向に引張ってシート内部に引張応力が与えられた状態にあるまま固形物体表面に押し付ける様に接触させ、その当接部分において、シートの厚さ方向の垂直応力を与え、シート内部に応力を発生させて処理する請求項1に記載のプラスチックシートの製造方法。
- 前記当接部分が、前記流れ方向に対し平行断面視して、角度6度以上120度以下の角部を有する、請求項1又は2に記載のプラスチックシートの製造方法。
- 前記当接部分が、前記流れ方向に対し平行断面視して、曲率半径50mm以下のR部を有する、請求項1又は2に記載のプラスチックシートの製造方法。
- 前記原料プラスチックシートの平均厚さが50μm以上400μm以下である、請求項1〜4いずれか1項に記載のプラスチックシートの製造方法。
- フィラーを50質量%以上85質量%以下含有する原料プラスチックシートを、流れ方向に移動させる途中、固形物体表面に押し付けるように接触させ、その当接部分においてシートが折り曲げられるような状態にし、シート内部に作用する応力を発生させて原料プラスチックシートを処理する曲げ処理工程を有し、
前記曲げ処理工程を経た前記原料プラスチックシートを、その流れ方向もしくは/及び垂直方向に延伸する延伸工程を有する、プラスチックシートの製造方法。
