- 基板の放射線処理(401)のためのシステムであって、

前記チャンバーは、該チャンバーの中に、ガスフローを維持するための手段を有し、前記手段が、少なくとも1つのガスの入口(421,421‘)及び少なくとも1つのガスの出口(423,405)を具備するガスフロー装置を有するシステムにおいて、
前記ガスの入口(421,421‘)及び前記ガスの出口(423,405)が、流れ方向に狭くなり、下流端に向かって再び広くなる流路を有する要素を含むように、前記ガスフロー装置は、前記基板ホルダー(11,11‘)の下方の領域に据えられ、具体化され、
その結果、前記システムの稼働中、層流は、基本的に、少なくとも前記ガスフロー装置の中で広がり、渦流現象に起因して沈殿物が発生せず、
