Claims (18)
- 医療装置であって、
流体経路と、
前記流体経路内に摺動可能に収容された隔壁と、
前記医療装置の内面に窪んだ複数の溝であって、
前記溝のそれぞれの長さは、前記隔壁の遠位端部から前記隔壁の近位端部までの長さより長く、前記隔壁が起動前の位置にあるとき、前記隔壁の遠位端部を超えてそこから前記隔壁の近位端部を超えるまで延びる複数の溝と、
前記流体経路内の固定式に配設された隔壁作動装置と、
前記隔壁作動装置の1または複数の表面および前記隔壁の表面に適用された抗病原性材料であって、前記表面は、前記流体経路と流体連通する、抗病原性材料と、
前記隔壁と前記溝との間に間設された通気チャネルと
を備えることを特徴とする医療装置。 - 前記医療装置は、カテーテルアダプタおよびルアーアダプタからなる群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記医療装置および前記隔壁作動装置の少なくとも1つの材料は、前記抗病原性材料を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記抗病原性材料は、潤滑剤を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記潤滑剤は、シリコンベースの潤滑剤であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の医療装置。
- 前記抗病原性材料は、剛性または半剛性であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記抗病原性材料は、識別する色を備えて前記抗病原性材料の特有のタイプを示すことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記抗病原性材料は、前記表面上の前記抗病原性材料の効果性の持続期間に相当する厚さを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記抗病原性材料は、前記通気チャネルの表面に適用され、前記通気チャネルの前記表面に適用された前記抗病原性材料は、前記通気チャネルを塞ぐものより小さい厚さを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- カテーテル組立体であって、
近位開口部と、遠位端部と、これらの間を延びる流体経路とを有するカテーテルアダプタであって、前記カテーテルアダプタの遠位端部は、カテーテルを収容する、カテーテルアダプタと、

前記遠位流体室内の固定式に配設された隔壁作動装置であって、プローブを有し、前記プローブは、前記隔壁に隣接して配置され、基部は、前記カテーテルアダプタに連結される、隔壁作動装置と、
前記隔壁作動装置の表面および前記隔壁の表面に適用された抗病原性材料と
を備え、
前記カテーテルアダプタは、前記カテーテルアダプタの内面に窪んだ複数の溝を備え、前記溝のそれぞれの長さは、前記隔壁の遠位端部から前記隔壁の近位端部までの長さより長く、前記隔壁が起動前の位置にあるとき、前記隔壁の遠位端部を超えてそこから前記隔壁の近位端部を超えるまで延び、
前記カテーテル組立体は、前記隔壁と前記溝との間に配設された通気チャネルをさらに備える
ことを特徴とするカテーテル組立体。 - 前記抗病原性材料は、第1の抗病原性材料と第2の抗病原性材料とを備え、前記第1の抗病原性材料は、前記表面の第1の部分に適用され、前記第2の抗病原性材料は、前記表面の第2の部分に適用されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のカテーテル組立体。
- 前記第1の抗病原性材料は、潤滑剤を備えることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のカテーテル組立体。
- 前記第2の抗病原性材料は、剛性または半剛性であることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のカテーテル組立体。
- 前記第2の抗病原性材料は、機械的結合および化学結合の少なくとも1つによって前記表面の前記第2の部分に適用されることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のカテーテル組立体。
- 前記隔壁は、管状形状および障壁部材を有し、前記隔壁は、近位空洞を形成し、前記障壁部材は、そこを通って延びるスリットを有することを特徴とする請求項10に記載のカテーテル組立体。
- 前記障壁部材は、前記隔壁を前記近位空洞および遠位空洞に分割し、前記隔壁作動装置の前記プローブは、前記遠位空洞内に配設されることを特徴とする請求項15に記載のカテーテル組立体。
- 前記隔壁作動装置は、前記隔壁作動装置の近位端部上にかかり部を有することを特徴とする請求項10に記載のカテーテル組立体。
- 医療装置であって、
複数の溝を備える注入療法装置内の流体経路と、
前記流体経路内に摺動可能に収容された隔壁と、
前記隔壁と前記注入療法装置の前記溝との間に配設される通気チャネルと、
前記通気チャネルの表面に適用された抗病原性材料であって、前記通気チャネルの前記表面に適用された前記抗病原性材料は、前記通気チャネルを塞ぐものより小さい厚さを有する、抗病原性材料と
を備え、
前記溝は、前記注入療法装置の内面に窪み、前記溝のそれぞれの長さは、前記隔壁の遠位端部から前記隔壁の近位端部までの長さより長く、前記隔壁が起動前の位置にあるとき、前記隔壁の遠位端部を超えてそこから前記隔壁の近位端部を超えるまで延びることを特徴とする医療装置。
